I was reading this thread and was puzzled as to why adults would be sulking over one man’s views on a podcast.
It quickly became apparent that ***his detractors were all saying EXACTLY the same thing.*** Same phrasing, same tired insult.
It doesn’t take much to work out who is who on here.

His detractors were all saying the *same thing?* Could it be that they are his detractors because they all dont like an aspect of the bloke, and maybe its the same aspect that they dont like????

Why are you so upset about a podcast? The guy made a lot of valid points and something a lot of people agree with.

Bootlicking the club won’t win any games bud. It’s ok to be critical of something you like.

I think he talks a bit in hindsight about stuff. Feel like Teddy, Moses and Woods were gone no matter what. It was obvious they didn't want to be at the club ant more.

Where I liked his analysis was around our caving in on Cleary, Matterson, Moses, Aloia and getting nothing (or very little) and then not being able to negotiate a release of the players they wanted. There's no way around that failure and it makes us look weak. It seemed we didn't even let it get to a tense or difficult point, just a few requests and public statements and the players and coaches get what they want.

Not upset about the podcast at all. I have an opinion about it and an opinion of the podcast guest and that is the end of it.

I do however have an issue with being labelled, baseless accusations and assumptions being made about me for no reason other than I dont like the bloke in the podcast.

I’ve listened to most of it , just seems like a fan ( who may have tried at some stage to help with 3rd party payments ) just having a whinge about things that we all know that has been mentioned in the media .

Other than once incident with teddy when going to Canberra , didn’t see any inside info that even fans of other clubs don’t know. He is no expert or insider , and he does not know anymore than the rest of us the machinations of how clubs operate.
