Quite right, we need an exemption like with Matt Moylan. Putting brooks up would have us copping a fine.

I think it might be worse than that, pretty sure Panthers faced loss of competition points if it wilfully breaching against the NRL rules in playing Moylan.

PUH-LEASE! Panthers identified a loop-hole and fully exploited a rule. IMO the reason that no other team is doing it is because they don't have the balls that P Gould has. Simple. This league is a real joke sometimes.
