Is Blake Ayshford any chance for Game 3 SOO

i think aysfords been close to our best all year been extra great last month would not look out of place in sky blue and think he is a chance he can break a tackle with ease not many players in first grade playing centre do it as good as him i rate the kid and would answer yes

He's certainly playing some good football at the moment, but I don't know…NSW will find someone else to put there. I don't think Ayshford would let NSW down, but I just think they'll manufacture a centre for game 3 or pick Josh Morris.

He wouldn`t even make the starting centres in any other NRL side except ours. He might have a future in the back row, but far too slow off the mark to ever become a quality centre.

Chris Lawrence would of been next player picked for origin after Gallen and Bird if it wasn't for that freak injury he suffered in rd 3 !! Robbie Farah just can't see him playing origin with that arse breath Ricky dicky the coach and that turtle head Ennis licking Ricky sticky licky dickys back side !! Galloway will get his chance very soon ! Gibbs will be a shark next year and will flick Liam Fulton or Paul Gallen as his besty so he will be a walk in to the blues side … Beau Ryan ???? Nah jk haha

Ayshford has been our most consistent player this year .smashed inglis against souths . However has a number of missed tackles most weeks . One for future reps

Thats rubbish.
He ended last season on fire, started this year on fire, then had a slump when Sheens stuffed him around. He is back in his preferred position now and firing again.

Not Origin standard yet but will be soon.

Tell me what rival NRL side would have Ayshford as a starting centre?
No one except some one eyed Wests Tigers believe that Ayshford is anything other than an average first grade centre. Someone called Talkin Sport tonight to talk about it and Peter Tunks is another who stated that be believes Ayshford is very average for a first grade centre.
I think he can become a more dominant player as a back rower, he`s already 101kgs and by adding another 3-4kgs to his frame he`ll have the size to do plenty of damage in the back row.

I don't see him as an origin player but I reckon he has been pretty impressive over the last couple of weeks. He also seems more consistent.

I don't like him, Ryan, Brown, Utai and McKinnon as a group of outside backs because none of them have speed however with Lawrence and Tuqiri back I wouldn't be moving him to lock any time soon.

If they are not potential rep players in their position, they really shouldn`t be in first grade at all. Every player should be capable of grabbing the game by the scruff of the neck when needed, not just leave it up to the likes of Benji to make something out of nothing.
Ayshford did have a big influence on our wins against the Knights and the Warriors and he made one very good takle midway through the second half which forced a turnover against the Storm, but the fact that he did not get deep and run onto the football at speed once against the Storm is the very reason he won`t be any better than average. He`s not at all fast, therefore he needs to get deep, run onto the football at top speed and cause a bit of carnage with his big frame.

If he was a left center he'd be a chance.

Was hoppa a Centre when he replaced Jennings??

Im not sold on Ashford at that level just yet.

There is too much on this line for this Game 3 EPIC

Hoppa played a bit of centre this year when Matai was out. Blake is no chance though, unless Gaz gets injured, Sticky has made it clear he is not playing left side players on the right and vice versa. The gig will go to Josh Morris or Luke Lewis I think, or possibly Gidley.

Ricky Stuart has already stated Jarryd Hayne will be selected at left centre with Brett Morris coming back into the team as the left winger. Josh Morris would have to consider himself unlucky, he`s a class player stuck in a team that isn`t getting him much quality ball.

Snowflakes chance, I reckon, Happy! I assumed that Jennings would slot right back into the centre position again, he was good in game 1\. Is he still injured?

Besides all that, Ayshford playing Origin before Lawrence just wouldn't be right
