Buckets biggest mistake is not sacking Taylor weeks ago

Buckets is the last person responsible for this mess. Those who are/were in charge of recruitment are to blame. The coach is to blame. The players are also to blame (even if they're not all rep players most aren't even playing at 70% capability).

Buckets is there for the long term direction of the club. He's been here a couple of months. Everything currently in place was in place before him.

I am looking forward to what buckets will achieve. Bad coach, it is the players. Bad players, it is the coach. Poor recruitment, it is the fault of the cap and previous recruitment. All he does is provide anther level of insulation to protect the ceo and board when trying to hold someone accountable for the performance of the team. What control does he have with a coach under contract for 18 months, players on back ended contracts or with options in their favour. So he is in charge of football and recruitment at a club that cannot afford to sack the coach and appoint a high earner, and has no room under the cap to recruit, and has no choice but to keep players that have shopped themselves around only to find no one interested for what we will pay them next year
