The reason why I created this thread is because from all the time that I have followed Rugby League, the past 5 years, I had only grew up with Tedesco. I thought he was by far the best fullback in the league (which he is right now). I just forgot about the 5 years before him where the likes of Slater etc. were playing. I have only just lived beyond a decade.
But in 10 years time I am sure we will say. Tedesco has been the best.

And your right Teddy is one of the best of this lot, my son thought that Hodgo was the best in the world and Tallis was a big bully! I showed him the likes of Jack and brasher but he still thinks hodgo is the best we have ever had, although he thinks teddy is cool as well.

Hayne can turn a game better than anyone and Slater for a high level of consistency over a long period of time.
Reckon Tedesco better than others. Imagine hime at Melbourne playing fullback. Gee.
And as for Boyd imagine him playing for us. Don't think he'd be noticed much.
Best thing about Tedesco last 2 yrs is his defense. As good as anyone at the back now. Potter had him coming through middle taking offloads better for attack.
Certainly has a better passing game than Slater.
