Opened the thread, knew it would be a Happy or True Tiger thread.

Yes correct TITG,Happy has positive input and conversation topics…...and your input is..
That's right Mr negative, welcome to the forum... :nerd:

Lol Happy is every bit as negative as others normaly.
He jumped on the Taylor train too early and now it's going to fast for him to jump off.

Blaming high expectations of fans is a cop out. I'd wager less than 5% expected us to make the 8\. We've been told relentlessly for about 8 months that the defence would be improved. Thats where expectations were heightened. We've been let down by both the players and the coaching staff.

Taylor train seems to be getting closer to pulling into a station

Our defence v Roosters was as good as I've seen this season from the WT's

Pity we are going to be down a few troops v Melbourne by the looks

Stryker, you don't think previous board,CEO,or coaching staff have let us down immensely..

Yes I do. I think this merger has failed miserably in just about every area. Discounting 05 which was a miracle of timing and luck, all seasons - even the other 2 where we finished well, have been a shambles.

This one is just another for the list.

Nothing that has happened before kick of this season has had any bearing on were the team is at the moment ..in fact less injuries than many previous years. Taylor started with a clean slate from round one and now the team sits dead last ! Remember as the year has progressed so has the SPIN many here have been conned into thinking what has happened previously has affected this season well that is rubbish.
I was expecting no finals appearance this season I thought around 10th moving forward would of been a good season going into next year with confidence .. now last and playing like a reserve grade side .There has been no improvement in the team in general certain players have gone backwards ,I never had a great expectation of where the team would be at seasons end but running last with a pretty good roster leaves a very sour taste in this supporters mouth…Taylor is a pretender and the sooner he moves on the better.

If we expected a coach that could coach then our expectations were too high. That has been the biggest let down of the season to me.

I feel we are entitled to have expectations when we have a team with 9 Internationals… But as long as the coach is re-inventing them into Super Wests Tigers Defenders we should be patient!

Why wouldn't we have expectations when it's the first year of a new coach, a new board and the first NRL season with our (supposed) wonderkids, Brooks and Moses?

Goes to show that change is not always necessarily for the better.
