Is the Biggest Problem the Halves or the Coaching?

Well if they play like they train then it's the coach.... I've seen better attacking footy by park footy teams.
Our catch pas catch pass is u/10s stuff... No angles no decoys little inside balls... Wake an comes on and a significant change occurs in the play... Is that due to the coaches directions or who knows what?
Maybe it’s coz our backs coach can’t explain the correct set up and movement of the backline .
Three show and goes and a flick pass was BMs idea of structure.

I think we can put it down to the quality of our halves. Wakeham, a reserve grade half, showed how to control the the plays. His combination with Brooks was OK. If we don't see Wakeham in the halves next week I'll annoyed, but not surprised.

Will Sheens and Co. have the courage to drop Noffa, shift or drop AD and install Wakeham as the fist string half?

I guess time will tell.
Well we all can see the issues so if they don't change things then that's just idiocy. Brooks doesn't straighten any attack and Douhie is slow and predictable I can't believe we scored any points.

I'd drop Brooks.and Douhie. Wakeham and put someone else at 5/8th.

Really like the comment by API in the press conference where he talks about front foot footy and how he's working with the team on going with him more and playing more direct off quick play the balls. Talks like a leader and someone who knows what he's doing and who is looking to improve others.

Douhie goes alright at centre he just needs to pass more. Brooks needs to go though. As long as Brooks is the 7 I'm betting against the tigers. Easy money.

Yeah I know but this is it none of us know what they do at training.
There was a distinct change in the play when wakeman came on... Hopeful the coaches learnt something today, Tues arvo will tell

The one consistency over the last 10 or so years is Luke Brooks. They have changed everything but that. I say give Wakeham and Deoehi a go this week. Deoehi was bad today but I think he’s been better than Brooks.

But he was really poor, and things gelled a little better between Wakeham and Brooks.
Looks to me that AD is constantly in 2 minds about every play he’s involved in. He’s really got to get his act together and be much more decisive.
Wakeham not brilliant but stands out because he simply plays the way a 7 should, and a way that I think LB has forgotten.

Api called it in the post game. Said this team hasn’t played on the front foot for years. No one’s at the advantage line in support. Something sparked when Wakeham came on. TBH the new players are showing how bad our players were.

Yeah, I agree. I think both Brooks and Deoehi need to be better, but you can’t drop both. Wakeham doesn’t seem to overthink it - just keeps it simple.
