I don't understand how they can go from being as bad as what they were against Cronulla to showing as much ticker as they did against Parra. Honestly who'd know what this bunch will turn up with on Saturday. I hope for the latter.

Hastings was the difference, when we were attacking without him it was all one out then a bomb, nothing to worry the opposition, they would have plenty of energy for they're attacking plays,
Monday against parra he freed up Brooks both of them shifting the ball kept the parra defensive line guessing. The end of set kick chase as well had more commitment. It's so important how u end a set in the nrl just handing over cheap ball is a recipe for disaster.
We have to learn to give the opposition the ball back on our terms where we want them to start their sets from.
Having Hastings in the team added a whole other dimension in our attack which makes the opposition work in defence.

It’s not just Hastings, although he was great.
Several players had their best game in our colours, after being dogshit all year and useless the week previous. Something else happened.
Possibly a siege mentality against the constant bagging?
Maybe they do love Madge and are putting in to save him?
Has Sheens told them what is in store for them career wise?
Whatever happened, I doubt it’s sustainable, but I sure did enjoy it.

All I want is aggressive kick chase, quick play the balls, quick dummyhalf in position, and playing some footy take the line on etc .Minimal errors and missed tackles .Give us that and results will be good. We must make it that to beat us the other team would need to play out of their skins .
Win or Lose on this basis im happy !!
Also want to see 6 agains and pens evenly adjudicated .That one might be asking a bit much

I'm counting on the dogs, dragons, knights and raiders all losing their games. If we were to win and these teams lose, suddenly we could potentially be 11th or 12th on the ladder giving us all so much more confidence for the rest of the season.
