ISC going bust

Just a suggestion from something I read a while ago - Champion recently got the contract to supply/design all NBL teams for 2020/21 season onwards. Maybe indicative of a larger move...they certainly have the financial backing.
They are a brand everyone would have heard of but wouldn't expect. Just a guess.

Oh damn no, but it does fit a lot of the clues, and would fit the Wests Tigers.

Alright last one of the night.

Of the teams I have heard about (Brisbane, North Queensland, Melbourne, Souths, Roosters, Queensland, a non ISC team, and us) and their likely manufacturers, we are certainly at the bottom of the list of companies that are mentioned, which range from major brands, to high class newcomers, to long serving league jersey brands. Ours is not one of these categories (though they have existed for a long time).

I am hoping that we still had a bit of time with ISC and they left us scrambling for a brand in the short term, with the hope of getting a better brand in a year from now, because even if they are paying us a fortune we WILL be their highest branded and most well known club by a mile.

I will buy the jerseys no matter what (only because I own every jersey the club has sold retail versions of), but I highly doubt I would want to be wearing any other merchandise with their brand on it (as it would feel more like training gear or something you would kick a ball around in a park in, than any sort of wearable fashion).

God I bet it’s Spalding or some other bargain bin brand.

It's definitely a dodgy brand, I'm guessing a low budget Aussie brand that also exports

And to think yesterday I was hoping for someone like Nike. I was kidding myself.

Yep, by the comments of @Craegus it is something closer to lowes or target than Nike.

These brands reflect where the club is to be frank ..yes some crapolla brand ! It’s the culture from board level down there is a reason that the club is a mid level dweller and until the mindset changes that’s where its going to stay ! Nike and the like sign themselves to winners the Crapolla brands are for the rest !

It is an interesting situation. If I was to be offered some of their non clothing products I would jump on it, but if it was their clothing I would avoid it completely.
