It will get better.

Geez this round is really showing the gap between the top teams and then the rest is getting bigger not smaller & how hard it is to bring players into a club and get success.

I wish I shared the optimism, but find it hard. We have some promising young guys around, but nothing special compared to our competitors. The teams ahead of us have much better (and deeper) senior squads, as well as having quality juniors coming through.
All this pathways stuff is important, but we're years behind the other Sydney teams.

Yep makes you wonder what the plan has been since 2011.
Our juniors look like world beaters until they get a chance at the big time. Madden is the only one trying to stand up.

Community engagement in the Campbelltown area and actually keeping talent from that area will eventually pay off.

Need to get the right coach and systems in place too which is on sheens.

Obviously agree but that should be a given. Community engagement in the SW and IW and surrounds should have been priorities since day 1. Why are we rolling out pretty basic programs after 20 years?
