Good to see a few more fans coming around to jac at fullback. The dude is exactly what we need and had been since we started talking about him. We don't really need a ball playing full back. We need pace and some one to be there when we make a break. The dude sniffs around the middle heaps and adds a 3nd player teams need to worry about

Interesting that two people on here with family connections to JAC are both definite he is coming to WT.

It’s a good sign for sure.

I have heard from another source that he's coming to WT'S waiting until Storms season is over.

Is it been held up due to storm not finding a replacement and won't release him ?
I would assume that's it as why wait to announce it when you can put it to bed and focus on finishing strong with Storm.. Plus would also help us in recruitment of some other quality playetrs to join him.

If you were expecting him to sign with us before the season was over, you were always in for disappointment. This will drag into November. And not because “it looks bad for us”. It’s clearly a complicated situation and Melbourne are looking for suitable compensation before letting him go. Have some patience and don’t turn to water over it.

JAC won’t sign with Souths. He wants to play fullback on big money. Souths already have Latrell at the back and he was going alright there up until injury

So far there’s been 2 different posts on here about people claiming to know a family member of the foxes and confirming he’s going to come to us. Now I hope this doesn’t come across as rude but unless you know the person in the forum personally, you can’t believe anyone. How many “inside” sources said last season that we had latrell ?

Now I know this will also sound very condescending to what I said but i too know a family member of JACs. I told him a couple weeks ago I hope he comes home and all he could say is big chance he might. Then yesterday he was cheering for the bunnies. Really just have to wait for something official comes out to believe anything

I thought last weekend's game was the best he has ever looked defensively. He also 'roved' like a FB in the middle of the park in attack.

He would give us a massive X factor, but more than that he would 'balance' the side.

AD = not particularly fast
Momo = see above.
BJ = see above.

Carrying three backs without explosive pace is difficult unless you balance that with serious speed either outside them or inside. JAC would balance the backline in a way we desperately need.
