Like Brooks at 6 with him. Loving Brooks passing game. Man he has a pass on him.

Brooks has probably the best passing game in the team. His passing from dh is better Han our current hookers.
What. I don’t like is his short bullet like passes to the back rowers at the line. Don’t know what that’s all about, but must be something they train for?
With a completion ratio of 46 from 48 possessions the team’s passes must be sticking, so hard to be too critical.

I think Joey Johns is pretty drug busted. His commentary contributions are centered around comedy...i.e. XXXX is a crap beer, that bloke has a good rig, that young guy's talent is scary etc...
He doesn't form coherent analytical passages of thought too regularly. I think he gets shown up on the channel nine coverage by the QLD boys and Freddy quite often as well. He seems to be edging down the path Sterlo went for a while...critical for the sake of it.

Andrew Johns is an overrated, drug addled flog who shouldn't be allowed any where near a microphone.

I'm not salty at all in relation to Brooks. I was so happy when he hit that field goal. I want him to succeed.

At the same time this is professional footy and we've been a dud club for too long. We can't have a halfback who is throwing as many bad passes as he did on the weekend.

I also said his defense is great, he does a lot of positive of stuff with the ball plus he nailed the winning field goal and scored a huge intercept try.

I said the previous week that is how he needs to play week in and week out. He isn't a dominant half. He is a role player. He can be a really good role player. At the same time he can't make that many poor passes.

No chance. Geo said recently you have to have him in the team because he is one of our better players. I reckon that is right.

I'm not sure where you play him when Doueihi comes back though. I didn't think it was worth trying him at 9 but he looks good there as well.

I'm concerned about the poor plays in amongst the really good things he does.

His supporters… everyone here should be a Luke Brooks supporter while ever he plays in a Wests Tigers jersey.

I never thought Hastings was coming to play lock - It was just a smokey so Brooks and Doueihi didn't get their noes out of joint.

He's never played there - Even now, I don't see him effective there.
Doueihi has more chance of playing lock / back row than Hastings...

I like the way Hastings nominated Brooks to kick the final field goal. He'd had two snaps and missed so rather than trying to hog a 'third time lucky' opportunity, he shared it with Brooks. To me that is an indication that he is both a leader and team player. Those kind of actions will help gel Hastings with Brooks and the team. His winning attitude is infectious.

I like the way Hastings was clapping as Brooksy ran 70m for a try. He does it all that guy 😍

Watch the other halves in the Comp. Cleary will pick out the fullback on the full with some of his kicks and occasionally his passes bounce along the ground. There is this incorrect perception out there that the good halves are perfect. When you handle the ball so often mistakes will happen. Brooks just has a massive microscope on everything he does. While we’re beating top four sides give it a bloody rest!!!!
