Jacob Miller

Barra I dont disagree. Miller is a good talent and I have wraps on him. But he doesnt have the same game breaking ability as Lui. I can see why Sheens persisted with Lui through thick or thin. This doesnt mean I understand why Sheens isnt persisting with Miller. IMHO Miller is a far better player than Humble and I can only assume that Sheens considers Miller still needs some more refining.

I think people should remember Sheens hasn't done anything with Miller that he hasn't done with other talented youngsters. There are a few exceptions such as Marshall, Lawrence and Woods who all have pretty much played since they've come in but others such as Ayshford, Murdoch Masila, Dwyer and Moltzen who all had to bide their time with games here and games there. It's all part of the plan and i don't take it as a sign he's on the outer at all. He's 19 and not even Anasta's signing will necessarily affect his role here.

Miller is a completely different type of player than Lui.
More a traditional halfback ( like Pearce and Wallace) he is most probably what is best for us longterm.

TP that is how I see it. I hope this is right.

I dont disagree CK which is why I said:

Maybe he was injured last week like a few people said ,southern, and Humble grabbed his chance.
Now Sheens has had to put Moltzen at the back you think he would stick with a real halfback like Miller and keep Humble as a sub.
Then again , sometimes Sheens does things none of us understand.

Amen to that!

Seems like it's fine to stick by Lui through thick and thin, but not give Miller the same opportunity.

Seems like it's fine for Tedesco to burst onto the scene and allow his enthusiasm as a 'natural fullback' to be freely expressed but not so with Miller. (I know there are some differences but you get my point.)

I can only hope that it is all part of Sheen's master plan, but if it results in Miller going elsewhere we will be the worse for it.

There is a problem, I don't know what it is but Miller is not the golden boy for this year. His not even listed in the top NRL squad players on the website but he was last year.
There is something Sheens doesn't like about his play or his behavior and obviously there was something Sheens liked about Lui last year and Tedesco this year.

He has a groin issue and as we have seen with Robbie last season it will probably be a week to week issue
