OFFICIAL Jahream Bula #269

Showing nowhere near the skills that Benji was displaying at an even earlier age when he was having shoulder problems.

Bula is really rolling the dice by not securing a long term future as soon as possible because these injuries could severely affect his value or even end his playing career.

You would hope this is not all because of Isaac Moses stubborness and greed.
I don't know why players haven't woken up to this guy, surely they will one day, I know when it finally happens fans and clubs will rejoice.

@Lestronge what are your thoughts on how Burton would go as a fullback ?
He’s tall, fit, fast, a very dangerous ball runner, a strong defender, has the added benefit of a kicking game and would only need to brush up on his positioning and catching high balls under pressure.
I reckon he would be a gun fullback if given the opportunity.
It's an interesting idea V especially if Bula was to leave to the dogs, potential swap.

Trouble is if you are paying fullback money for an experiment and he fails, you end up with a dog's dilemma with what to do with a highly paid player.

I reckon Bula’s career goes down the toilet if he goes to the Dogs. They have such a slow team with a few players on the nose. Ciraldo needs to get the team going again soon otherwise he might be on the chopping block aswell. If he stays here he is only going to get better, and gets the satisfaction of taking a struggling club to the top

I think Burton would make a good fullback if we could do a swap
These days your fullback has to be super fit, fast, agile, ball play, defuse high bomb, cover short kicks and run a half marathon every week. Burton probably only ticks half those boxes. It’s why Mitchell struggled at no1.

I would take Burton but not as a no1

That's the problem, if he fails where do you play him, he would be too highly paid for the centres and we don't look to need him in the halves.

Good player, but what position could he be of benefit to our team if he sucks at fullback.

he will stand out in that team, he is miles better than Tracey as a fullback

They are slow which is why they want Bula

It would be taking a bit of a risk @Rock Hopper Steve
But on the flip side we know Burton is an exceptionally good centre, so if we tried him at fullback and if didn’t go to plan, we could simply move him to centre.
I imagine having Doueihi as a running 5/8 and Burton lurking as a running fullback, it would be a nightmare for opposing defences to handle.

I don't think it was a good idea to cut Bula's wife from the women's team, that would deep down piss a lot of blokes off especially just been married, all this procrastination started around that time.
