OFFICIAL Jake Averillo #?

You are just picking a player at random to compare him too…personally one doesn’t remind me of the other

Who did you want to sign instead ? I don’t think Herbie is coming,
herbie ? i never said herbie you are just picking a player at random...

I would have rather kept our powder dry
yes I will make it very clear again he does remind me of Mmbye signing
jack of all trades master of none

again very clear he is better than herbert and toa who are current centres at the club so an upgrade on them but that is not hard to do

2028 the club could of had a crack at Latrell for example or a big push for Jenkins prior to him signing with penrith
or Burton

Well … they want to try to win games next year obviously instead of waiting for 2028 … thank God …you want another season watching Maka or maybe Junior playing there instead ?

Latrell rejected them the last time …he would be 31, even more injury prone and approaching over the hill status … I’ll also pass on Burton… he isn’t what we need … probably headed to Perth next year would be my prediction

If he isn't here it'll be one giant rebuild because more than half the team will also be gone. Blokes like Samuela, Latu, Terrell, Tiny Turuva, the list goes on will follow him out the door.

Benji has the power, he won't be going unless he wants to.
Were really putting all our eggs in the one basket aren't we?

I dont think the AD/Twal resignings though are the same. Yes they like Benji but they actually seemed to resign with the club.

Either way, it's a building concern that if we have to fire Benji OR Benji leaves... the better half of our squad would go.

That said, if Benji left a cleanout may be needed.

Yes- There is a lot riding on Benji having success and getting this team over the modest hump of making the finals …I was confident about him tne first 2 months of the season… thats taken some hit of late ..

He is likely here another two years at least I would suggest , through end of 28…

Burton would have been a better option at centre than averillo

Latrell himself basically said he’d never sign with the tigers

9 games this year, something similar last year aswell. Too injury prone lol

Star on his day but he’s never on the field

would rather burton but if we can't get him latrell will do
both play better than jake at centre
and burton can also play 6 so he could be cover for luai.
Come on mate we are no chance of any of those 2 they are too expensive for a start.

I wouldn't go anywhere near Latrell, he's always fat and injured, Burton will end up at another club on 5/8 money, too rich for us.

another rebuild/cleanout ,its just more words ,from management to excuse their short comings.
Yet having the patients in charge of the asylum is far from a perfect outcome.
Tough talk threating to may be walk out on your contract and be sued for it because dont like your new Coach lmao
Same same with signing up the brotherhoods ,you basically hand them all a power block with out really having to put in,but if it pays of - which is on its way .4 years and its time for another clean out .
The club is slowly getting the lower house/s in order more money is needed.
Supporters are fickle ,only 5 people could honestly critic Jovan up until last weeks f tel coverage ,and wow the managers with reiki ,hot rock youth invigorating diplomas on how he should proceed towards being the next immortal .sprung up like green shoots on a magical carpet ride of wealth on how the club is stunting our 1st grade results by holding certain kids back. lol as the same shout down Maka being galled by the throat by seasoned veterans.and should hone his craftin Flegg

If all those blokes will leave if the coach goes then by all means pack your bags and go.
They are signed to the club.

Should never of been 4 years.

3 yrs you could live with for the amount we are giving him.

Going to be another Mbye, Klemmer, josh Reynolds, etc - where the club didn’t want him, and we pay overs PLUS 4 years….

The 4th year is always the problem when players are a 50/50 of meeting their price expectation

At least 3 yrs
- first year you test out
If shit - then really only left with one more year bc in the last year they know you ain’t extending so try and get another 2/3 yr deal elsewhere.

Whereas we are stuck with this dude for 3 yrs if he is not meeting the salary
Yes...

However we don't see 3 year deals being offered.
I remember when we were doing Bula, it was 'here, your choice 2 years or 4 years'.

I don't think most players like the whole process. I think they would rather play footy. Just a 4 year contract is a long time for people to slack off.

Make it about the footy.

i was a KPP doubter , Dwayhee doubter also ,but the guy that has impressed me the most this year is Sione, just goes about his job with a smile on his face

People still bagged him. Give the bloke a chance. Coming from bottom 4 team etc. John Bateman waa a current international
I was a KPP doubter and an AD doubter as a half both playing great.
I am very much an Averillo doubter and I think this is a signing the club has gotten wrong, 4 year deal for jack of all trades player
