James Tedesco Signs with Roosters [Official]

Didn't he say that he hadn't signed with anyone and he could still stay at the Tigers.

He hadn't signed with anyone, now he has.

It's like if I cock my fist in front of your face, I haven't punched anyone yet… and now I have.

Tedesco has not handled this well, good riddance to him.

I hope everyone on here can see the guy for what he is. He is not the sort of person that you want to have around your house at any time.

Replacing him is the key recruitment decision for the club, I think Lolohea is a good gamble. Ivan can get the best out of him, he is supremely talented.

as you said.." Lolohea is gamble" ….
Teddy wasn't.

I'd just be happy to put this to bed, just dont expect any Josh Reynolds style tears when he goes. TBH if i was Cleary and ive said this before id be trying to offload him this season and get Mitchell & Watson or a decent forward like Takeaho.
Seeya James hope those knee's hold up

If someone unknowledgeable to the identities of Tedesco and Woods were to read your comments about them, I'm sure they'd think you're talking about serial killers and inhumane people. It's quite unhealthy to degrade people, especially when it's about decisions made in a game..

Rubbish. Big difference to saying a person lacks integrity to saying they are a serial killer. Get a grip.

Who's on suicide watch for Milky? When it's announced, I fully expect him to still say "Tedesco is staying."

He's become attatched to Teddy. What's wrong with that. Leave the bloke alone. A lot of people here will still find it hard to believe if/when the announcement becomes official.

Tedesco was a gamble to but for different reasons. Huge money, long contract with history of injury. Reports his training is mainly swimming due to his problems. Very young to be at that stage of managing leg problems.

Every signing is a risk, but James comes with plenty of them. The risk is on the Rorters now.

Thanks for your psychological analysis. I completely disagree.

That is the way I see it. If you want to disagree be my guest.

As an off-topic point and this is not meant to be a reflection of you but I've tried to read books by Mr Watts and I find it all meaningless new age dribble and I read a lot of books. Maybe you are just a different person to me.

I agree totally on the risk factor with teddyThe last season or two has been a minor miracle that he stayed on the field(except for the broken jaw)
Wish him well,but…..Between SOO and injury,I doubt whether they'll get more than a dozen games a year out of him.
..actually,I don't really wish him well...his behaviour like the other two has been a textbook case in disloyalty

I was about to state how can you wish him well. I don't.

Since I'm in a philosophical mode I'll put out a Nietzche quote that I've taken a little out of context:-

I wish suffering, desolation, sickness, ill-treatment, indignities—I wish that they should not remain unfamiliar with profound self-contempt, the torture of self-mistrust, the wretchedness of the vanquished: I have no pity for them

Yeah that's fair Earl, good point. I wasn't considering that football to you is greater than life; ignorant on my behalf. Although I still disagree with the comments you make, as you said, we're probably different people so it'd be futile to discuss any further. My apologies
