Japan 2020* Olympics

Aussies get hammered by the refs at the olympics, both soccer and basketball. Australia doesn’t have enough power at the international level, been happening for years…

Matilda's didn't deserve to win, poor performance with some very basic errors.

Yep Matildas and Olyroos (against Egypt) produced some very disappointing performances.

Kookas gonna end up in another penalty shoot out - God I hate those things, penalty shootout to decide a gold medal sucks.

Just switched over … nerve racking stuff. Didn’t we win our quarter by penalty shoot out?

At least the Aussie players shook hands this time. Our women’s hockey team just walked off and ignored India! Still peeved about that bad sportsmanship and nothing was said about it either.

Well done for getting the Silver but they were so defensive just didn't attack the ball. Shame saved their worst performance for the last game.

Pressure got to them - they just tightened up too much from the look of it.

Ash Maloney just won bronze in the decathlon

How excited was he? lol

Was kinda weird as I was watching with no commentary on the broadcast and it took me a moment to work out what the result was. He looked pumped as but jelly legged at the same time.
