Remember....pvl says "all clubs are treated equally "Still though, I’ve never heard of a player signing for another club, nearly 2 years in advance. Luai hasn’t even reached the halfway point of the three years he will spend here.
Lol

they will be the most hated in the comp for sureImagine when this team of mercanaries are playing games in Australia ?
The crowds will be hating on them worse than Melbourne … particularly if they are top of the table
we can win the comp in 26 and 27
Cleary hating?Critchton at the Dogs would have to be a special to move on. He's cleary hating it.
It’s not greedy Tom.I’ll take one man … I’m not gunna be greedy
& potential PMG's Australian based recruitment manager for the next 12 monthsIf it was a club veteran like Chris Lawrence you could understand the love fest but a guy who is a blow in blow out , it’s way over the top.
& PNG to match them. We would have to pay more for the player to have equal take home.Luai’s contract allowed him to negotiate and sign before the end of this month.
Our current team with ever increasing contract increase demands from each individual player would have been well and truly ripped apart by 2028 if Luai had stayed as we simply would not have had enough salary cap space to keep them all.
By Luai departing it allows us to offer increased wages to each player we are wanting to keep long term which will hopefully mean we keep most if not all of them.
Yerrhh i dunno i havent seen any semis style footy from us yet...still a way to go on the season...but thats a huge call imo and a bit excessivewe can win the comp in 26 and 27
I don’t think we’ll be the only team they pillage. The NRL will do everything in their power to give them a leg up. The hate though should be directed at the NRL though for allowing it. Corrupt merkins.Imagine when this team of mercenaries are playing games in Australia ?

I hate them already, no matter where they play.they will be the most hated in the comp for sure
when they play away
Fans should throw chocolate coins onto the field before every game they play
I hate them already, no matter where they play.
Aussie citizens residing in Dubai don't have to pay income tax. The PNG gov has said that all players will not be liable for income tax. The tricky part will be if they dont follow the rules about "residing" in PNG. That's where the Aussie govt could be on the hook re changes in the tax law, unfair precedent etc..Wow, how could the Government get around the people who require people to pay income tax (the Government) when it was all set up by...the Government
Haha.."you lot"I can see why the media go about what they do, the way the do. You lot are like putty in their hands.
Clauses got Luai here, clauses are how he is leaving. The opportunity he has taken for a player in the twilight of their career is a no-brainer.
He strikes me as an extremely motivated individual who doesn't waste time and effort doing things half-heartedly. He has already showed in his final season at Penrith after signing to Wests Tigers that he is the type of bloke to put everything into what he has already committed to.
Getting this done early provides clarity for all parties.
The bloke's a champion and that's how he's behaving.I can see why the media go about what they do, the way the do. You lot are like putty in their hands.
