Completely agree,he is a good signing but just as we always seem to do we sign players for a year or two too long

Comfortable at 4yrs but also realistic that if 5yrs is the difference between having him or not then you need to go all in.

Cash wise if he plays at a high level $1.2m will be about right in 2-3yrs anyway.

He will be here when Stef, Pole, TDS, Bula and Fainu (among others) hit their peak. Huge pickup for us.

This off season is an A+ for us so far.

I’d say some at the club won’t mind if it’s us. There’s a lot of spite there so it makes for a huge derby game which if managed correctly commercially it brings a lot of additional money to the coffers.
