A winning team is a happy team. You win games and you get positive press, loose a couple of games and the knives come out in force.

All year barring Farah I have not heard one player say something negative about Taylor and his methods and a few have been quoted as being behind him 100%.

Taylor is a hard nosed guy who has not taken a backward step, I admire him
BUT
I still think we would be a better side with Farah coming off the bench

I'm still not a fan of Taylor but I basically agree with what you are stating. We'd be a better team if Robbie was there.

The trouble now is Farah is on a hiding to nothing, if he comes back into the team and we loose everyone blames Farah and if we win its because the team is in good form. The horse has now bolted for Farah, rightly or wrongly

One thing that is for certain now is…...

There is no way a win would of been achieved yesterday if there was disharmony amongst the playing group or Coaching staff, Mentally you simply don't get up for these games if there is chaos in the Club....well there has been but didn't play like there is.

We had a group of players that believed in everything there trying to do.....they had Passion, Desire, commitment, Courageous, even call it against the odds when we lost E.T but they had a desire not to let there Man next to them down.
Even Rankin was brilliant 😱pen_mouth:.

My voice and excitement was back yesterday.....Giddy up!!!!

I agree a winning team creates good press and good on JT for that, and I also agree about Farah, or Cherrington a hooker on the bench would be a better fit than the 3 player shuffle.

I'm still not a fan of Taylor but I basically agree with what you are stating. We'd be a better team if Robbie was there.

If I was coach, I would never have dropped Farah, BUT maybe I was wrong. I have little doubt we'd be better at hooker, but I don't think Moses steps up like he has if Farah is there.

It's been about giving the youngsters responsibility and a real sense of being an important part of the team. They have shown they are now mature and responsible and the improvements are there to see.

I want him gone and have for about two years, but it is still a hard decision for the club to let him languish given his longevity. I still sort of want him to have a swansong, but gee he then shoots himself in the foot with his post game comments and subsequent press attacks, so maybe he does not deserve it.

It all startedwith the people above taylor who had the smarts / guts to back him to the hilt. The respect they showed him no doubt resonated with the playing group.
