More dribble from you… some things never changeReally mate - if our CEO was bothering himself with the updating of info on junior grades, I’d be disgusted!!
Got an issue - talk to sheens, or the media guys.
JP is busy running a multi million dollar business.. who’s main source of income - in NRL… and from all accounts - doing a bang up job,
Spot on. He understands, Pascoe should be under the pump but rarely seems to break a sweat or strive for better. Just average; like his haircutRespectfully, nothing much I agree with in what you've written. A CEO's role is to make sure there are systems and processes in place to ensure effective running of the organistaion. You're right in saying he doesn't do it himself, that would be absurd, but among other things he should ensure the Club is communicating with its fans in a timely and effective way. By Pascoe's own admission he has nothing to do with football operations but that involves the running of the teams not reporting on results. Sheens has nothing to do with it, he's football. Yes, it's the media guys but it's Pascoe's job to ensure they're doing their job through a Chief Operating Officer or similar role.
The comms side of stuff in general have fallen off a cliff this year. Lower grades non-existent, and even the FG stuff is few and far between. I know DT left, did they replace him? This data is taken from the NSWRL website.
The club has stopped providing ANY information on our lower grades. No team lists, no results or highlights.
I think people on here need to make their voices heard and tell the club directly that the lack of content on lower grades is unacceptable.
The Sharks must have an excellent scouting system. The talent put together by that club is very good.![]()

highlights up, our game starts at the 4:25 mark. Kautoga is an out and out freak. throws a cutout for the first try and then puts on a huge left foot and carries 2 blokes over the tryline with him to score our second. and just when you thought he couldn't get any better, he puts in a beautifully weighted kick for us to score our third. NRL-calibre talent.
Exactly my thoughts. A second rower who scored and really got 3 try assists via different means is incredible. Scores a try through skill and power, throws an excellent cut out ball to the winger, chases through on a kick regathers and grubbers ahead for a team mate to score, and a quick play the ball close to the line to enable the hooker to dart over. Sensational stuff, especially considering it's only his second game in 12 months.![]()

They've always had a strong junior football system to rely on?The Sharks must have an excellent scouting system. The talent put together by that club is very good.
I should have written that not only is their scouting system very good but their conversion rate would have to be up there as well. John Morris had a lot to do with the Pathways system. They've always had a strong junior football system to rely on?
That's Kautoga, who was being discussed above. Great talent just coming back from injuryWho is the big No 11 for the tigers, looks great. The number 5 for Cronulla, big lad that can run
Have heard nothing but good things about Kautoga since returning from injury. Promising signs.![]()

It would have been good for him to just get a few games under his belt, after being out for so long. To come up with those impressive plays on the weekend, he must have Sheensy and co very happy with his start to the year.Have heard nothing but good things about Kautoga since returning from injury.
