Yes he is. He made Aussie schoolboys recently and I think he played 6 for NSWCHS but I wouldn’t be surprised if they build him into a ball playing 13\. Tommy is a pretty good player ?

Thanks mate, going by bulldogs forum we have signed Logen Dillon aswell. Apparently both are very good players .

I really like this thread. Now that Under 20's is gone I don't get to see a lot of development in the lower grades. Thanks to all those in the know providing updates.

It looks like we traded up in terms of our recruitment manager. Warren McDonnel is copping a hammering over his handling of junior retention (their best three from SG Ball are leaving,, two to WTs and one to the Eels). Well done WTs,, that fullback prospect was chased by the Roosters (changed brown paper bag supplier at the time), Souths, Eels and Storm. Talau was chased by the Storm as well as us.

we had bad luck with the last lot yes but before that our juniors seem to stick around sometimes for too long …

I watched the schoolboys cup on the weekend and it was Westfield v Patrician Bros in the NSW final. Tommy was the standout player for Westfield. Scored a try with a good step, always looked to get involved, solid in defence, not a bad kicking game. Can see him becoming a back rower in the future.

A shame his team through the match away with a number of soft tries.

Would be nice to get some confirmation from WT about our development players.

Thanks. I just looked up on google and he was the Roosters hooker for HM this year. Not a Roosters junior.

Guyan isn't a development signing. He may even be a Balmain signing for sg ball. Doubt he'd be playing NYC next year. He was playing in a Harold Matts team that went worse than balmain or Wests but I can't say I've seen him play
