Astute signing imo. Experience, game management & a goal kicker. We've finally got a depth halfback who can slot in when required (think Panthers with Schneider, O'Sullivan, Cogger of years gone by).

I am assuming Sullivan and the Tigers both agree to tear up his existing contract [mutual agreement] and Souths give Sullivan a new contract with mutually agreed dollar amounts. Just surmising.

I swear I read in the rumours thread that he was prepared to do exactly that. But his injury threw a spanner in the works.

I read the opposite...that he felt at home at Souths blah blah
Hes OK as back up,but not a starting 6 or 7,which is effectively what were paying for
And were gonna need back up halves with or without AD
So if Souths and Bud wanna leave us with the majority of his 600k /season for the next 2 years,we shld take him back rather than give him away for peanuts and get stuk with the invoice
And if weve got Madden cheaply as well...there's the 4 halves we need in the top 30(plus AD maybe)
..and btw..there may be a back up hooker in that lot there somewhere.Sorry Jock...

We need someone in that role and he's been in a better system for a couple of years.

Re forwards yes. But it's not a case of one or the other, still spots available in the roster...

Jock has a better kicking game than any of our halves currently. If Marshall rewards preseason’s on effort and form I wouldn’t be surprised to see Latu moved back to Lock and Jock coming in as our halfback.
If anything, he will be leading the way in the kicking all preseason and lifting the standards there. That can only be a good thing.
I’m keen to see TLT cause I have a feeling Doueihi is back in the 7.

I think its Bud Nadz, as Benji just spoke today about keeping AD and they would have held off Madden if they were waiting on AD decision.

We can only hope anyway

Did he drop the ball? My memory’s not the best at times, but I see the titans player taking the ball as simple as you like. All Jock had to do was drop to the ground and we win the game.
