I'm hoping Sue is out and he can start at lock. Be good to have another ranga who still has his hair in the team.

Why would you hope that Sue is out?

Given he had some concussion last week but previous rounds he hasn't offered a great deal….pre season everyone was praising him up and I think he only performed in rd1.
He seems to be more interested in his hair style :imp:

Good luck Joel

Just hope some on here don't expect you to be the next Paul Sironen or Bob Lindner

He will crack in defence , but I'm not expecting him to crack 100 metres in attack in a real hurry

I'm fine with that , hope others are as well

Well neither is Halatau but this fella seems to be much better in defence so I don't have a problem with that! And hopefully he will push Dene back to the bench in due course. He's certainly bigger and IMO Dene is just not big enough for a starting back row position.

Not knocking him at all Barra , I see should of read "he will crack them in defence "

Just don't see him killing it as a running player but at full strength we don't need go forward we need defenders that will make blokes look twice where they are running in the defensive line

I'll be excited if he can pass off the ground from dummyhalf, but look forward to seeing him at least
plug the middle a bit.

Frankly if Edwards is at hooker at any stage in the game then we've got major problems…!

Was Edwards injured last year at Canberra? I notice he played a few years of consistent NRL at the knights and Raiders then dropped off the radar in 2015.
