Joel Luani

I hope so

Same. He has had enough opportunities to prove himself but has failed every time. Cherrington is a much better prospect. Hopefully he gets some decent game time this year.

I thought he was promising in 2013, but didn't show much last year. I suspect if he does have a future with us, it won't be at hooker.

Where did you hear this sabre?? I haven't heard this… But if true that good news.. We don't need him. What happened to the plan to get rid of Buchanan, Moltzen and Luani, a couple of months ago?

His performances in 2014 were insufferable

Sadly he lacked sufficient talent to play number 9 in first grade at any club.

Don't know but I wouldn't mind him off our books. He tries hard but he's just a plodder.

I reckon it would be rubbish simply because I can't see the Warriors being that desperate to want too sign Luani a year out from his contract ending.

i thought he'd left to be honest, was surprised when i saw him at the members day.

i assumed it was cherrington backing up farah during origin.

I think he could be a decent 13\. He is a very solid defender, fit and fairly strong with decent ball skills. Remember he played in the backrow in the 20s and only filled in at hooker here and there.

He has shown that he is no way a first grade hooker but really, I think even he would admit that. He mentioned in his video profile that he is going to play more backrow this year so he could be an option for a bench spot if we see some injuries and need versatility.

Yeah ..I agree with Cherrington in State Cup and likely back up for Farah….Luani will see a lot of backrow

For all the praise Potter got this was incredibly poor selection. gave us no chance in some games over Origin period continually playing Luani there.

Who should have been played at hooker during Origin considering Cherrington is still a kid and Halatau was injured for most of the year?

I'd assume he'd say Austin
