the guy cant tackle one on one , has lost some pace ,but was just checking out his stats, at 193cm maybe we should fatten him up and put him in the front row ? I know its not gonna happen but i guess when were in the postion we are you start to think irrationaly ??

I heard he played the house down for BRET over the weekend - although I didn't get to watch it - can any BRET viewers confirm this?

He's really been patchy this year - very rocks and diamonds - His defensive lapses have unfortunately come where he's been left stranded as well, making him look even worse.

Front row wouldn't be awful, however we have woods and galloway still - he'd effectively end up another junior moors.

I'd release him and let him be someone else's problem…Joel has been one of a number of buys in 2011 that have turned out to be duds!

He's always been average but at the tigers - he's been somewhat terrible.
Doesn't look good in our colours like say, Inu & Perret do at the dogs.
Does that matter? Maybe…..

I say release him, free up some $$ - probably buy a prop and a halfback.
We have centre covered in case injury occurs.

Hasn't done what was expected. Many at years start had his as our number one fullback or wing. Never rated him. Surprised we signed him. Seriously overrated.

He's under achieved this year that's for sure , and he was a good solid player at parra ! He's got five games to prove he's worth or it's bye bye IMO .

From reports he is really responding well to the structures in place with the BRET side. Playing big minutes with the side is only going to help him.

I have seen glimpses of his talent this season but realistically with the amount of time he hasn't been on the park through 10 minute bench useage and 18th man with no opportunity to play reggies it shouldn't be a suprise his continuity and confidence suffered

The best he looked was in pre-season.

If we stay with the same type of team structure he doesn't fit - simple as that.

Valid points Smeg but you can't blame some of his missed tackles on structures and lack of game time, the way he let old man Tate get around him like he was Ben Barba springs to mind

Parramatta won 6 games last year and even they didn't want him. He had a few decent games at the start of the year when he was getting his arms free in tackles with no one to offload to, but that's about all he's offered all season. Slow in attack and diabolical in defence.

With all the youth coming through I say let him go

I would rather try and stop Simona from going overseas than keep Reddy

Let the ESL have him

meh crap player playing crap.

should never have signed him, even aside from his crappiness, going into round 1 we had Ayshford, Lawrence and Simona to play centre, with Utai, Koroibete, Tuqiri, Ryan and Nofoaluma (sp?) all wingers capable of covering at centre also if needed.

Tedesco and Meaney as fullbacks with Ryan capable of covering there as well.

He was a dumb buy. The fact he's hardly got a full time gig here has shown just how dumb a buy he was.

Let him, Tuqiri and Balir go and buy a halfback and a prop.

I think a everyones being a little harsh on Reddy. Not sure what everyone expected of him.
Hes been bought here as a squad player to cover the backs & he's done that job with our ever increasing injury list
Yeah sure hes had some poor reads in defense but so has EVERY player this season.
Hes a squad player at best & has done a good job at that
