JONES NAMES TOYOTA CUP TEAM

Wests Tigers Coach Grant Jones has named his team to play the Sydney Roosters at the Sydney Football Stadium on Sunday, August 9, at 11.45am.

The team will be looking to bounce back agfter their gallant 40-34 loss to competition leaders Manly on Monday night. Wests Tigers have won six of their past eight matches.

The Tigers gave the Roosters a touch up in a trial during the Foundation Cup in the trials. A lot has changed since then but the Tigers are a stronger side now I reckon.

That they did. It was a deadset Belting!
 
We know the Tigers can put plenty of points on. I think the key this week will be to play for 80mins. They played for 75 against Manly and 60 against the Cowboys so they need to put in a solid 80min defensive effort.
