I hope the boys get a win despite the loss of Mullaney & no Aaron Wooods all year.
I saw them come back to beat the
Cowgirls" in Townsville earlier this year so give it them boys.
Go the Tigers.

Robert Lui will help their cause big time….I heard this rumour last week that Sheens was going to bring back Lui through the Toyota Cup, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him start.....then Dean Parata could go back to his perferred position of hooker, and then Givibng the Cowboys 2 1/2 start paying $2.15 might be the go

Wests Tigers suffered a frustrating 28-20 loss to North Queensland Cowboys tonight at Leichhardt Oval in round 19 of the Toyota Cup competition.

The team welcomed back Robert Lui from a knee injury.

North Queensland opened the scoring in the 7th minute when centre Ryan Williamson picked up a drop ball by Wests Tigers half-back Dean Parata to race 90 metres to score. The try was converted by winger Kyle Feldt for a 6-0 lead.
The visitors extended their lead to 10-0 in the 10th minute when hooker James Segeyard burrowed his way over next to the posts. Feldt converted the try for a 12-0 lead.
Wests Tigers had a try denied in the 15th minute to prop Junior Roqica after the referee ruled a pass forward from full-back Sama Sauvao to Roqica after the forward beat two defenders out wide to get into open space.
Two minutes later exciting young forward Ben Murdoch-Masila was put into a hole by Robert Lui to race 35 metres to be ankle tapped. Not tackled, Murdoch-Masila got up and brushed three defenders away to race a further 10 metres to score a superb individual try.
Full-back Sama Sauvao failed to convert the try for a 12-4 scoreline after 19 minutes.
The Cowboys extended their lead to 16-4 when winger Wayne Ulugia dived over in the corner in the 36th minute to give his side a 12 point lead at half-time.
2nd Half
Wests Tigers hit back when winger Monikura Tikinau finished off a backline play to dive over in the corner. Jay Florimo failed to convert from the sideline to leave Wests Tigers trailing 16-8 after 48 minutes.
The Cowboys went to a 22-8 lead through a converted try to full-back Alex Eisala.
Wests Tigers got back to 22-14 through a try to winger Faleula Finau in the 60th minute before Masila got the Wests Tigers back to 22-20 with his second try.
The Cowboys then sealed victory when Eisala scored his second try for a 28-20 scoreline in the 73rd minute.
The loss leaves Wests Tigers on 22 points.
