I think potter has been good in getting our young guys firing, especially BMM, Blair, Ava and Tedesco! He's not had an immediate impact, but a gradual impact throughout the year.
Whether he can take us to a GF is yet to be seen, but he's done an absolutely amazing job in clearing this place up. Just like he did in ESL.
