There is way more than just playing footy for 80 minutes once a week. You could be the worlds best, but if you have a bad disruptive attitude and carry on like a knob, then you wouldn't be picked.
No I am not for one minute suggesting this is the case for Junior Moors, I'm using him as an example as he is what the topic is about. I don't know him and he might be the nicest chap in the world. I'm sure others are better placed to sing his praises.
