Easy to explain @BlackWhiteGoldCan someone please explain to me how we go undefeated in Harold Matthews this season & only land 1 representative in the City U18 squad to play Country U18 (though 2 of our players did make the U16 City team)???
City U18: Jordan Miller (WM), Joshua Feledy (MWS)
City U16: Luke Laulilli (WM), Nathaniel Gallagher (WM)
Good to see a few from Macarthur WTs make the Country squads.

Would you like to tell us who you are @GarrryPresident's Cup U/21 it's never been u/23,
U/23 used to be it's own competition played before reserve grade a good roughly 25 years ago, cause I use to play in it those days.
Hi MAGPIEWould you like to tell us who you are @Garrry
An arm chair fan now lolWould you like to tell us who you are @Garrry
Your assuming he’s going better than the guys already playing Flegg. He'd be 19, left school last year. Why would we be playing an Australian schoolboy player in 6 reserves?! Usually these players go straight to Flegg. Some goBall to Flegg to NSW cup in one season. Parra even debuted some players last year that started the year in ball. If you're good enough you're old enough.
An Australian schoolboy rep player is far too good to be playing down there. Yes it may be unfair to drop someone that's been working hard in Flegg, but that's the breaks. You don't hold back the development of your better players to not hurt the feelings of other (probably inferior) player.
Well he was a standout junior last year. You don't get picked for Australia if you're a numpty. Played well for the Maggies.Your assuming he’s going better than the guys already playing Flegg.
Yeah but who knows what’s happening behind the scenes.Well he was a standout junior last year. You don't get picked for Australia if you're a numpty. Played well for the Maggies.
And given we keep reshuffling our backline every week in Flegg, rotating players on a weekly basis and have called up some relative unknowns ahead of him and Hill it beggars belief. If we have high hopes for them, and have them signed up for a few years why would we have him play park footy.
We have an outstanding athlete, tall, fast and strong, bigger and faster than Tupou, and yet Tupou is going between flegg, nsw cup and nrl and he can't even get a go in flegg.
We have had a serious problem in developing juniors from talented youngsters to first graders, playing reserve grade park footy is hardly a cog of an elite junior setup. It just doesn't make sense

Dudley bagged himself a double in their 1st grade win over Mittagong today.Dudley's been named for Camden first grade this week against Mittagong. obviously just progressing him through the grades. Kienan Tempest playing reggies for Camden this week. if Dudley is struggling with adapting to life in Sydney then you'd certainly want him confident and playing good footy. I've got no doubt he'll progress through the grades to hopefully end up in Flegg by the end of the season.
Released 2, 3 weeks ago.Ben Stevanovic running around for Manly in KOE?
