1 of our boys was concussed and started having seizures on the ground after it. Not nice scenes to watch. Paused and waiting for ambulance now I assume. Hopefully he is ok!

Poor fella. Concussive convulsion..
same happend to Chee Kam a few

Any idea who else to look out for in the next game? Outside of the 4 Harold Matts boys (Colquhon, Waqa, Leatigaga and Folaumoetui).

Nah, I’ll mainly just be looking out for the 2022 Matts boys in that one.

Zac Gibson is captain and they seem to rate him though.

Younger family members played in the same competition as most of the AJ Cup boys growing up, so I’ve seen a lot more of that age-group over the years.

Mine’s fine now but was stuck like that for 5 minutes at the start of the second half.

The Wests Magpies juniors (importantly the spine players) must be retained by the club. See what Penrith were able to do when they kept Luai and Cleary and those kids together. We need to do the same.

Probably some leftover bad blood from the semi final last year! Could be more fireworks when they meet in Rd 4 too!
