Jy Hitchcox to Debut Tonight !

He's a useful player to have in the first grade side at this point. He's very versatile, can play anywhere in the backline including the halves. I hope you're right. I really like Jy. I feel like he's the sort of player who will rise to the occasion.
 
Really hope he goes well. From what I've seen he always puts in and has some great footwork/acceleration. I just hope he isn't another one of these nsw cup players who gets talked up as an immortal but when he gets to first grade clearly isn't at the level

How lucky is he, making your debut in a team playing busted up against a team that will be under pressure by their coaching staff to put a big number up against us.

I have seen a bit of him over the past few years and this selection is well over due, he is well in front of a few guys who get a run most weeks. Hope he has a big game, but playing the chooks and a wet track will make it very hard

A wet track might give us a chance if we can muscle up.
We generally haven't done too badly in the wet last few seasons if my memory serves me correctly.

Where do you see Austin playing if Brooks is in?
Bench? Or take Patterson's centre position with Patterson then dropping to the bench?
