Kane Evans

Just remember Humpty is still in charge of recruitment !!!!!! and with his old mate McDonnell..who knows what will happen with the money we have left..Bailey should boot him…...

Hope people realize if we get rid of Blair we will be wearing some portion of his contract with whatever club he signs with FOR THE NEXT TWO SEASONS

Better off sticking him at prop or lock for the next two seasons and then having him want to leave if he doesn't like it

the other side of the coin is we can get someone to take Blair for 300k, we obviously still have to pay the extra 200K, but buy a 300k prop who can exceed Blairs output on the field…

But as you say, its the devil you know... keep running him at prop, find where he hid his aggression, and get him to charge us overs for doing solid work in the prop rotation.

Eventually he has to perform BnW or he will end up playing for Wyong in 2016

I have no confidence with the current management.

No one does..What did you just wake up ?

All jobs for the boys… all unprofessional...all need to go.

And on Kane Evans ...I am sorry but our recruitment policy is spec buys like James Grant..good one Warren or over 30's players.
Kane is actually a class player and young...sorry but we don't recruit that way.

Roosters signed a French prop. Someone is going somewhere. Sign Kane Evans damn it! Then we'd have a truly gun prop rotation.

Thought the same thing. Roosters have no need to sign a prop yet have just done so. Kennedy, Napa or Evans must feel opportunities lie elsewhere.

I know its unlikley but I reckon we shold keep making enquiries for Kane. As a former local boy he would probably have been a Tigers fan growing up. I know I would have jumped to rejoin the Tigers even if i had moved in my teens. He may not have been our junior from u13s on, but the tigers could still have a place in his heart and if so we'll always be a chance.

With Napa getting a go ahead of him and many other forwards doing well he may have to wait a while for an opportunity. Come to us and he'll get one almost straight away.

There aren't many who've played for the leichhardt wanderers and balmain pcyc who wouldn't jump at the chance to play first grade with the Tigers. And it wold be painful to see a former pcyc junior playing first grade for another nrl club.

Mayer's done well so far and the future looks good. Get Evans back and it will look even better!

And yes i know he has a contract but we all know that means nothing these days.

While Kane hasn't tasted NRL as yet his chance could come as soon as next weekend with the likelihood that Jared Waera-Heargreaves will be suspended, I hope that recruitment had touched base with him by now!.

Kane is currently injured since he was named to play 1st Grade.
Doubt he will leave.
