Kearney gone?

parra need brian smith. he is the best rebuilding coach in the game. smith should leave the roosters anyway, he has done his rebuilding job there

open the cheque book , Craig Bellamey will structure this team and get decent players and make average players =top players , name your price Bellamey

Obviously he wasn't getting results, but I highly doubt many of his players were really putting in at that club…

Many talk about KPIs for Coaches, and I feel they are a good thing, but I also think FC's need to set KPI's for Players and their remuneration should be paid based on results/performance.

It's ok to sign players at 400k per year, but if they under-perform should they receive their full Salary???

It's hardly his fault that their marquee signing Chris Sandow has been playing terribly and their superstar Jarryd Hayne waited until he was wearing sky blue to put in a decent match.

No seriously, is this legit? Wow, does not surprise me with the parramatta club. Sheens haters, is this what you want? A club with ZERO direction?????? Who's board sacks their coach every year or two, without zero direction and stability?????? In Sheens we TRUST! Seriously, unless we're a shambles like the parramattta club, can each and all haters PLEASE wake up to yourselves and THINK?????????? The wests TIGERS are getting stronger and stronger every single year!!!! It's a fact!!!!!!!!!!!! Sack sheens and watch us burn!!! Regardless how we go this year, we are headed in the right DIRECTION..

sheens has been with the club for one-zero years almost :unamused:
and what exactly does "Who's board sacks their coach every year or two, without zero direction and stability??????" mean? who is supposed to give direction and stability.. the coach or the board?
not changing does not always result in consistency, usually results in getting rusty and ineffective

Every game I've watched him play for Parra this year Hayne has been their best player by a loooong way. I never got the hate for him, sure he hasn't found his 2009 form again, but how many players regularly produce at that level?

He would've had a big say in the signing of Sandow, and he definitely has to take responsibility for the fact that his star player (I use that term loosely) isn't performing.

Mate, parramatta's board run the club to look after their own interests. they made a gf under anderson 2 years ago and have gone backwards ten folds since. sure I'd take another premiership or a little more success under sheens (since 05- but hes the aus coach) No one can deny we're moving forward as a club under Sheens???????And if you can argue against me, name a coach that can move us in a POSITIVE direction (ala sheens) right now??? I don't want to ruffle feathers, but think about it?

Takes a coach 3 + years to bulls his own culture to gain results

:roll i love this sentence
whose interest is the board supposed to look after? they want a premiership, just like any parramatta fan, player, board member or coach

TBH mate, i don't want to bring up that crap again, but we're very lucky we have a club who seems to want to move in the right direction.

I agree! Unfortunately, kearney would have had a bit of a say Re sandow, but give the bloke a chance. Back to square 1 for parra, and I love it! Took us 3 years to get rid of Morris didn't it? Same, same.

This is truely a sad day in the National Ruby League. BLAIR BATTALION is right….GIVE THE COACH A CHANCE! Correct me if im wrong but we are talking about the WORLD CUP WINNING COACH, all be it he had the support of Bennett. Parramatta are not going to go anywhere as a club if they continue with this revolving door of coaches who if they dont come up to scratch get ousted. The board have a big say on where the money goes and what players they want and at the moment the uninspired cattle out west are going south quickly! Who out there is going to want to coach that crop of shit if they continue to set goals out of reach and not give their coach a chance. Sheens has built this club to be a genuine finals chance EVERY year and as the saying goes 'rome wasn't built in a day'.Kearney = bum deal :frowning:

Very well said Neutral eye! Unless as a club you plan on/ already have signed up a better coach than what you already have, than why bother? they're few and far between! Hasler, Bellamy, bennet, Stuart, sheens, lang -Sorry , but I think these are the only coaches to win premierships the last 12 years.
