Hobbo get out of the mancave mate and put the dirty mags away

Junior might wake up and then you'll have some questions to answer

One conversation I'm not looking forward to , the birds and the bees ….......

Im sure your kids already know mate , well your eldest anyway :unamused:

Can't beleive you still read magazines
Only in Queensland …....:unamused:

As I keep saying Hobbo , I'm like a great race horse , my owner/trainer put me out to stud

Problem was they just forgot what stud they put me at

When did your place start serving Lebanese?

after I decided to put on a surcharge for them…

no mate, my kitchen at home. The Wife is Iranian and I'm pretty handy on the pans also!

Not really familiar with Iranian food. Are the Persian dishes much different from Arab food?

alot depends of regions etc, but its all peasant style tasty food. While the meat choices are different, its very much as good a traditional french meals… I remember one morning I woke for Breakfast to Sheeps Head, brains and tongue included. Was brilliant!

Kebob is also really yummy from the BBQ. They marinate the meat with onion for 24hrs and its cooked over coals. Slap it in a flat bread topped with some herbs, and you have the best street food!

Sweets are the BOMB!

Mmmmm, i love sweet sirupy sweets.

Not a fan of middle eastern food, I prefer Italian. Give me Pizza or Pasta any day. Mate of mine generally has 3 pizzas in 1 sitting or 4 at a push but I'm lucky to get through 1.

Sorry but I have hardly enjoyed an Italian meal, always not enough flavour and too sloppy or moist. BUT had one in back of the Philippines and it was fantastic - strong flavour and good texture. I don't know if it was original Italian or Filipino version but will certainly get there again one day.

Well it came out in this weeks episode that the Habibs are ruddy Bulldog supporters and it was all kebabs at their party.

If you're ever close to Denistone East there is a little Italian place called Mezza Via which has great food. Pizza's are fantastic and the saltinbocca is amazing. I hear you though, you have a few bad meals and you won't eat that type of food again. For me it's Indian. I had a few bad meals and i won't go near the stuff.

Love indian. Then again I would eat almost anything. Kebab's, pies, pastizzi, thai, chinese, sushi, the old chicken schnitz.

You need 5 Kasiano's to the replace Arthur Beetson

And I'd rather one of my sea scallop's pies done in a Thai green curry from the Travellers Rest any day over a Kebab's sorry Ladies and Gents

Pies are disgusting.
Have always refered to them as maggot bags.
Kebabs are good on occasion.

Eating 7 in one go though is shameful. Glad the club is looking after big Sam's health.

I had to feed a Chinese mob at Lakemba (playing Majhong) so I turned up with Jasmin's kebabs with garlic sauce and babaganoush - they wanted them every weekend after that. They would knock $1 off each for bulk buying.

I could not imagine the same re-action with meat pies.

Had a game of golf this morning, a couple of Pies and a beer or two now about to head out to the game. Not a kebab in sight, Pies are the clear winner.

Now Tiger, we are playing Cronulla this arvo and Cronulla is famous for one thing - NO TABOULI THANK YOU. So we get a few of the appropriate boys to do a lap of honour sprinkling tabouli all over our ingoal and repeat at half time. The sharks will have phobias trying to score and you may find a few of our boys busting themselves trying to reach the opposing goal line after half time - win win

Kasiano has shed many kilos over the break so maybe has changed tack - but reportedly ended with a bloody nose in last night's punch up.
