Even has quotes from Mayer saying they would like him to stay but if he gets a big 3 or 4 year deal they will let him leave because of his good service.

Kieth has been a workhorse for the WTs,he deserves to be given a opportunity to earn respect and big dollars elsewhere if he wants,I have no animosity toward him he is and always has been the WTs real deal,although many on here would wish him bad luck….it won't happen he is a genuine guy that has given his best....

Added to that wish list would be Rowdy.

Loss of these 5 players plus what feels like another 5-10 over the last 24 months and with the acquisition of only Kevie and Lodge to first grade, I bet people on here will still say we dont have any money to buy any players.

I tell ya Robbie must be on 2.2 mill a year to have to churn out the "no money" again excuse year after year either that or we are paying our yet to be seen "superstar" kids 200+ game/rep values.

Keithy has been good for us and for a long time he was one player I enjoyed watching during the dark days of the johnny cronk era. Had he played for more rep favoured teams, a Manly or a Bulldogs he would have played a lot more rep games. I remember being over the moon when his signing was announced for 2006\. On one occasion he single handedly destroyed the Tigers in a game for Cronulla in 2004\. As an 18 year old he carried 3 of our players over the tryline, he WAS a beast. He was very good/solid in 2010/2011 for us and he finally earned that call up to SOO and Australia (thanks Sheens) but in reality he has been in decline since then. The Tigers dont coach aggression and with his frame he should have been so much more.

He is 30 this year and probably should have been moved on at the end of 2013 having missed 80% of the year with injuries. At the very most a 2 year contract but being West Tigers we signed him for 3 years. I think he will go at the end of this year and I just reckon Rowdy doesnt want to play in the forwards and he is smart enough to know the youngsters are snapping at his heels, I reckon both might go to England a year earlier then expected at the end of this year. Rowdy to come back to the Tigers to work behind the scenes after a healthy 5 year stint in Super League as a top tier centre.

Hope we got the cheque book ready and are willing to sign up a few players if this is the case. Sauce been very good but it probably would be a fitting ending to go to England for his last couple of years. Easier on the body for the big boy.

The wording of the SL quota system in relation to imports has been changed in the last couple of years. Evan as a Scot, Keef would be "non-Federation-trained," and still an import. Also the current SL salary cap is $3.6mill and only half the clubs can afford to spend it so there are no "big money" deals over there anymore.

Listen Milky, stop knocking our new" structure" , it's a complicated beast that has taken about 7 months to perfect, but you think it's ok to mock such an innovative proceedureYou just don't understand it , Just like the players, the Coach , the Ballboys, Board, half the Supporters,managers, Commentators, And the CEO.( Well don't worry too much about the CEO he's in a world of his own)
