If Kidwell is defence coach, and Roach also provides input, now that the season is over,I can safely say what have you been doing all year. I don't see any structured defence. There's no wrestle, no locking up the ball, no pushing back in tackles and no 3-4 man tackles to slow opposition down. Please tell us WTF have you bought to the playing group. Please stop collecting weekly cheques without earning your keep.

Toddy and your looking after offence, well no offence, but are we talking about first grade. Mate you, like the other two have no idea, and to think a couple weeks back it was rumoured you were responsible for game plans. Little tip Todd, leave the offensive stuff to the pros, you were a forward, it doesn't suit you. Really can't teach something you never mastered. Take your hand out of the cookie jar, remain a club legend and move on.

As I have written elsewhere, Roach was claiming to have signed a new **3 YEAR CONTRACT** a couple of weeks ago! Whoever organised this and signed on behalf of the Club must be sacked ASAP! If the contract exists, then Roach should be told to present himself as normal and then be handed a broom and told to sweep out the office and the change rooms and then given a bucket and mop and told to clean out the toilets and showers! This would be his only input to the Club and it should be arranged to have the papers and TV publicise it. After a short stint of this, he would probably (and hopefully) QUIT.

It was embarrassing last night. Our players played with no spirit, no game plan at all and looked like they didn't know each other. Many of players ran in ever diminishing circles whilst in attack and in defence many struggled to join the defensive line.

I very rarely post but I am as rabid a WestsTigers supporter as anyone.
I want to sat that I do not understand why just about everyone involved in Rugby League thinks you have to be an ex Nrl 1st grader to be a great coach!!!! I think that is not true. All you need is excellent people management skills and good support staff and talent scouts and a good knowledge of the game and it should be easy. :wtf
These ex footballers have shown they have no idea how to win and motivate players to excel week in week out and recruit good talent as replacements when njuries hit. To me it is such an easy game to play and understand.
This is just my opinion but it really is not rocket science. :sign:

Perhaps the problem with our club is that when all our players get injured and we start losing abysmally, we just decide to sack random staff.

Yes there are some changes that need to happen at our club but good luck trying to sign any new players. Potter's credibility has been completely destroyed so who the hell is he going to be able to sign? Not resigning Potter will turn next year into another bloody rebuilding year.

Not necessarily,we have basically a young team who have all played together before NRL level,what they need is good coaching and a game plan to follow,a new coach could hit the ground running with this team.
A new approach and new people in strength and conditioning coupled with rehab could work wonders.
I think the club really have to clear the coaching decks now,Potter clearly has lost the players,so it is time to bring in a new face and voice.
