Well patty is coming back , why not add the HAmmer .

Looks like we're trying to _get the band back together_ :sunglasses:

dont we all wish we got the fairytale ending from The Blues Brothers, signs look good seeing as we have had the record breaking pile up.

  Too true, BnW!

Not sure why Kingston would come here. He could surely get a more permanent job at another club either here or in England.

I wouldn't want halatau back (though I do appreciate his previous years at the club)

Hm yeah don't really understand why Kingston would come here. Surely he would look to a place in need of a hooker. Cowboys are really in need of a decent one up there. Eels' hooker is pretty average too…

Hang on Dene's due for another good season

Its only been 8 years since his last good one ,he's well and truly overdue

I would take almost any other Doggies forward bar Halatau though

Halatau was great for the Dogs last year (and for us in 05') but we don't need another small back rower full stop.

Can't see why we would grab Kingston at all. Farah is an 80 minute player, and Ioesefa and Luani (Cherrington in future years) are able to cover injuries or when Farah plays Origin. They would also be a hell of a lot cheaper. Could see him getting a crack at lock at best, but we have plenty of players who can play there already.

Another rumour for the scrap heap.

Can't understand why Kingston would want to come here and play 3 games a year behind Farah. Makes ZERO sense. Halatau serves no purpose what so ever either. If this was to become true, serious questions need to be asked of those in charge of recruitment.

Hmmm and Potter was supposed to change everything.

We are LAST..serious questions should well and truly have been asked by now about our recruitment.
Sheens is gone but still we continue with the over 30's and journey men policy.
If we sign these two it still means the lunatics are running the asylum.

Its a rumour from dingbat Brohman and youre blaming Potter?

OK

Wests Tigers need young players with experience who have real potential to hold on to a permanent first grade spot. The club does not need to buy players who at best are likely to be playing State Cup most of the season. If it true that the club is interested in buying these two players they would again be shamefully wasting more money.

You guys have hit target where it matters on Brohman's tweet. None of this makes sense. Neither player would be of interest unless significant departures were likely, of which i'd say are horribly unlikely. Has to be a rumour and just that.

always had a soft spot for halatau.
dont know if we need him, but, wouldnt be disappointed if we got him.
kingston on the other hand, no thanks.

Only thing that has me a little cautious about this "rumour" is that Brohman does have links with the Panthers. However the fact Kingston is mentioned with us also leads me to lead neither is a serious chance of happening.

I hope its not a case of the other clubs thinking " Who we will off load this player to? Oh, Wests Tigers will take him."

KK was in Canberra over weekend house hunting, make of that what you will

interesting… I watch Canberra and feel their weakest link is the lack of a good dummy-half.

Kingston and Buttriss would form a lethal combination to role there props down the park!
