Kurtis Rowe [Discussion]

As much as Richards has been playing poorly of late I don't want to see him dropped. Our season is shot anyway and he deserves to go out playing NRL and not NSW Cup.

I never understand this thinking. He has had the job all of us dream of and earnt good money doing so. No one deserves to be carried. If he doesn't play well enough for NRL well bad luck, see you In State Cup. I'm sure he'll still be a lot happier than most of us going to work 6 days a week.

Bring him in patties heart ain't it in anymore. His done. Give him a farewell at Leichhardt Friday night. Send him off in at home in style. And look to next generation

If that was the case then he should have been granted immediate release - Like Sandow.

Off course he is still valuable to the club hence hasnt been sent packing
Why have some one of value and not use him.
He still kicks for us

Seriously saying his kicking is a bonus? He has kicked poorly all year and even managed to stuff 2 kick offs up this week. His kicking is abysmal.

[Tiger_Watto]

Hasnt he been playing on the Right Wing?

[stevied]

Unfortunately Pat has become a liability for the Tigers in attack, defense and kicking. He has been persevered with because of his former reputation (1995) and the money he earns. He looks disinterested and lacking in confidence and his mistakes sap his teammates' enthusiasm…...

Geez some on here talk crap….Patty has been a deadset legend for us,so what he has had a slump in form this season,it happens to the best of them...can any of you entirely blame him for the losses this year ?? No I didn't think so,let him leave this club and the NRL with dignity...he deserves it,if Rowe can be half the competitor Patty has been in his career then I will congratulate him as well..his mistakes don't sap his team mates..they sap his strength trying to make up for their flaws...

If any of you want to argue the point with me or name call me,please feel free to come to the get to get together on the 15/August at the WESTS Leagues Club for lunch,e can meet face to face, rather than argue from behind the keyboard.....cheers TT....

Maybe you can invite Pat to a room while you're at it. His performances have been abysmal this year and he should be held accountable like the rest. Not selected because he has been a decent ENGLISH SUPER LEAGUE player in the past??

Dont worry TT , when Patty was winning us game by field goals he was our GOD
So adored and loved
Now the club is going rubbish us fans are finger pointing in every direction
Some credible people are getting caught in crossfire too.
If we were in the top 8 Patty would have been a legend even if he was 40 and still playing.

I refuse to bagg my own team and stick by them rain, hail or shine like many

Unfortunately sometimes emotions do get the better of us though..

Paceman the invite is there for you as well if you have the balls?..on topic,he may have a slump in his career, but I bet you would of kissed his arse when he won games for us…but then again you must be the greatest selector and coach in the NRL at the moment,or two faced ....

No what ifs and buts mate. He's well past it based on performance and has been disgraceful as of late.

If I have the balls ? Lmao, its as if you want to have a fight because someone disagrees with you over old man rubbish. Please recall some games he has 'won' for us. Even at his best he hasn't been great. Kicking a field goal doesn't make you a club legend. He hasn't even played 80 NRL games for the club and you seem to think he has been the greatest man to put on a W.T. shirt. You're a joke TrueTiger.

Run a self diagnostics test because Kyle lovett has been playing worse than Patty yet i dont see you having a dig at him.
At least Patty contributes with his boot.
I dont think we need to wash the Number 11 Jersey after the game yet you call Patty's performance disgraceful.

[CrouchingTiger2041]

Sounds like 1 good option. I think Patty has to make way for someone whether that be Rowe, Seve or Fine. Don't think Hoeter or Milone should get another go at this stage.

Yeah, after watching Seve in 20s last night, he has been ok but has a way to go and hasn't exactly been setting the world on fire in the lower grades so I'm waiting on him, see if he turns good in the next 12 months or so, despite this I think we've used our 2nd tier salary cap so couldn't play him if we wanted to. .

I watched the whole 80mins on NYC last night. Seves issue is that Mapestone is purely a running half and never gives him any ball. He was completely wasted last night, I barely saw him touch it. Put Martin inside him and it would be completely different.

_Posted using RoarFEED 4.2.0_

Was he playing left or right ?

Seve was playing on the right he rarely gets any good ball or if any ball, they should put him on the left centre or at least have a half that can pass or make plays to the right side.

I had a fair dig at Lovett last week mate. Sick of him as well but this thread is specifically about the wing position Patty is 'occupying'.

Pacman ,if I'm so much of a joke, then why don't you be man enough to introduce yourself at the get together, you don't know me or what I have done in life, but from behind the key board you call me a joke..that speaks volumes for the person you are, because I don't agree with you bagging a club legend….

Sure. Let me expand so you can understand where I'm coming from. Your opinion is flawed and is laughable at best (hence joke). You are a reflection of your opinion. Therefore, the conclusion was reached that you are a joke.

I'm still waiting for all these games Pat Richards has WON for wests tigers over his illustrious career in our colours !!
