OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

Another way to look at it. Well written. I will vouch for that. Those words are his. Not every ones. Im just saying the grammar is good interwoven with symbolic vocabulary. These days they are called Influencers.
What everyone is missing here is that Galvin hasn't actually been great for the team and doesn't warrant first grade selection

The moment Galvin advised the club he'd no longer be here, the strategy of blooding him needed to be adjusted.

Galvin runs the ball too much and doesn't pass enough. He throws miracle balls on zero tackle. Kicks the ball dead giving the opposition 7 tackle sets. He isn't ready for first grade, but Benji gave him the platform to develop so that he would be ready sooner.

Benji and Richo were going to play Galvin and wait for Latu to return, then probably play Galvin elsewhere but still in the squad, focusing the development on Latu... A professional approach.

Enter Isaac Moses telling Shane Richardson that Galvin thinks Benji is a shit coach.

Well, what the FK did they think was going to happen when the playing squad found out about this?

Comparing the Luai situation to Galvin is laughable. If Luai was offered the keys to the kingdom at Penrith and 6 million dollars he wouldn't still be a Tiger.

Theres alot of bullsh1t to navigate through in all this.

Part of me really wants Luai and Api to come out and say what happened at that sit down... Because I am sure it will change public opinion (of those willing to base their opinion on facts and not a fantasy narrative about an up and coming 19 year old being screwed).

But that's bad for us, because then we can't make the weasel honour his contract.

I actually think turuva needs to be punished for his Instagram post for public perception... Whether the club believes in the punishment or not, they need to do it, so we keep holding all the cards. The boys should understand this.

What would make Galvin and his family think he is bigger than the club/ team ???-
Gus Gould - NRL big wig, master coach, tactician, squad developer and commentator and current GM of the club leading the competition - saying he is the best teenage talent he has ever seen.
Given Gus's age and the talent that he has seen coached been associated with that's one hell of a sweeping statement..

No point adding to the bullshit. We tried to offer the kid $1 million plus over 5 years because he’s bloody good and will get a lot better. I think it’s time for the club to bring some form of maturity to all this (who knows maybe they already have) and try to build a bridge with Lachy. We may need him come finals time.

This bloke has just become the king of false equivalence... and apparently its ok now to say something about your coach with no repercussions?

Does he also not remember all the prior leaks on the release requests from his agent?

Man moses has some ignorant people out there who swallow his spin.

Money talks and i am sure they probably get hefty "xmas presents" every year.

I can't say exactly what Gus is doing with buttering up Galvan but it involves his tongue.

Turuva. Now match your words with 3 tries Easter Monday... Walk the talk. This will be a fitting punishment. Any one else have a better plan or punishment?

The mental health card was always going to be the first card Moses would throw on the table. Unfortunately we gave him the chance to throw it early with a few things that were said that should have remained in house. In saying that it was always going to happen and probably sooner than later.

As others have said, Galvin can trash the coach but nobody can trash him.

Is it just me or does his [LG] body language not look comfortable in the sheds or around the boys at all. Every vlog he looks on edge except for media day. Odd observation as well but he also is always fully clothed in the vlogs when boys like Royce are down to toggs only, might just be a youth thing but a sure tale sign he isn’t comfortable here
Yeah he does look really awkward and an outsider all of the times I've seen him in the vlogs..
As much as we're all gonna say he's leaving for money; is it possible this is the real reason?
whos knows lol..

Can see journos factions
The anti Wests Tigers ones
Read ,Riccio , Chammas and yes Gould ( he's a journalist)
They are mounting sabotage articles and comments
Like this player or that one at fault .
Fact is Galvin a 19 year old who was offered a million a year for 5 years
Not exactly a horrible way to treat the kid
Fact We have done nothing wrong
The Moses / Galvin camp were the ones who said Benji and Co no good they fanned the flames
There's not two guilty sides in this debacle

Only Moses knows. He parted the seas. Its in the Bible if you dont believe me. When he talks - the people listen. Its hard to think of any other reasons. Apart from LG ( life is good) being a staunch Parramatta fan and following his childhood dream to play for Parramatta. Just he didn't think it would be IN his childhood. Damn.

You know how I know the club is in The right with this .
The only people coming out against them is people who’ve not even played u8s , who zero understanding of how team dynamics play a role in sports teams .

Can't punish Turuva for his post, reason being OK we punish Turuva, what do we give Galvin as punishment for what he has done at the club. I don't mean the release requests, I mean undermining the coach, the playing group. If we punish Turuva for a post he is fully entitled to post, then Galvin should get 10x more because unlike a post about 1 player, his actions have affected all his teammates, his coach and the club.
All Galvin had to do yesterday was so simple, just make an announcement you don't support the view of the manager and have no issue with the club or Benji. That I'll be looking for new management but will still be leaving in 2027, but until then I'm fully focused and committed to the Tigers for the opportunity they have given me as a way to repay them. He couldn't even do that. He's pathetic.
