Doubt he'd move that far away from his parents, based off the little I know and his connection to his familypossibly if we hold him for all of 2026
how fantastic if the Eels were left without a 6 for 2026 and beyond

No it isn’t.He also said he hadnt put in a phone call...
I think he was trying to say that once it's been put out there and submitted, it's hard to retract.
I think thats how it plays out and is the least disruptiveMy guess we will hang on to him for this season and part company at the end of the year. That will give them a full pre season to bed in Latu. I also expect it would involve some sort of compensation from the mystery club he is going to…Parra
Of course could be wrong, but that way the club is been seen as strong by not buckling to Moses straight away. It will also give the media circus time to pack up and move on
The Dally M votes are anonymously lodged by two independent judges for each NRL game, and determined by a 3-2-1 system.Galvin played fine but you can see he def has certain parts of the media on his side - he didn't deserve two DM points from this game. Many players better. He was fine but missed two easy tackles for two tries as well as other lapses. He supposedly "had a strong hand in all three tries" but seriously isn't that what a half is supposed to do - scoring off a midfield bomb isn't really a try assist in my books as well as Turuva's try was To a - LG made the first only. Who was the Dally M judge for the game??
Mate they play the good cop bad cop thing to create controversy and Read plays the bad cop role. It’s all about getting clicks. Anyway my recommendation is, don’t watch the rubbishWonder what incentive there’s is to make yourself look like an idiot on TV in front of the whole league world 🤔
Is our Top 30 squad stronger if Galvin remains for 2026? The answer is yes so why should we give another club a leg up. Financial compensation is of no use in this tight player market and there is the much wider issue of this setting a precedent for other schoolboy stars which come through our Pathways.I think if we don't land for 2026
either
DCE or Reynolds
we will hold Galvin to his 2026 contract
I agree but Iam not sure it will pan out that way. The club has been very up front they will not release him, but history tells me players who want out usually get a releaseIs our Top 30 squad stronger if Galvin remains for 2026? The other issue is he will only cost $350,000 next year which may allow WTs to buy another good young player to strengthen the roster. As Ken Arthurson said when he signed Ray Brown from Wests even though Manly had the incumbent Australian hooker Max Krillich, it's not just about strengthening his club it's about weakening the opposition.
If Parra don't get Galvin in '26 they're stuffed. No decent 6 is signing when they know he's coming.
I like that idea.
if we add dce or Reynolds to partner luai we can make top 4Is our Top 30 squad stronger if Galvin remains for 2026? The answer is yes so why should we give another club a leg up. Agreed and I would like either of those players. I believe we can recruit one of them without a deal linked to Galvin. Keep Galvin and we have a much stronger squad for 2026.if we add dce or Reynolds to partner luai we can make top 4
I really cant see us landing either of themif we add dce or Reynolds to partner luai we can make top 4
Id advise ppl not to watch it...he only benefitsGould is a massive Pratt. Watching his pod cast on 9 now from last week is deplorable. Obviously Gould is in pond scum’s corner, blaming the club for releasing the statement. Gould said that all the poor manger did was said ‘don’t bother offering a contact Galvin won’t be here’. It’s the tigers that have blown it out of proportion! His co host said what about the dossier and Gould just dismissed it, the co host kept him to task. But Gould kept sweeping, he keeps claiming inside knowledge, gee wonder where this comes from?? Watch the pod cast. He is slimy at best, bet in each camp. But definitely in the Moses or Galvin Camp!
All the manager did was reject their offer, please…
Nice post.Big shout out to the WT supporters at Leichhardt last Sunday, they at large concentrated on their support of the team leaving the controversy surrounding Lachie to one side.
A really mature response from our fan base which I doubt could have been replicated by most other supporter groups, I'm sure Benji and the club at large would have been genuinely most appreciative of that response.
It was a great response from the tigers supporters but let's not cast too many aspersions on other fan bases. We have a pretty chequered history, hence the concern at the time.Big shout out to the WT supporters at Leichhardt last Sunday, they at large concentrated on their support of the team leaving the controversy surrounding Lachie to one side.
