Lack of Bench Impact

There was one set we were coming out of our own end after a manly kick, was the last 20 early 30 min mark, we saw Motzen, Ryan, Moltzen again and then Fulton hit it up for approz 30 metres in total, followed by a crap kick or drop ball…that gave Manly their set start in out half, led to i think their 2nd try....our benchies were no where to be seen then

Payten is a dead set pillow. I have never seen him break a tackle with a hit up. Cayless and Moors did more than Payten ever has and they sucked.

Payten is our best ball playing forward and gives us another dimension in attack and dents the defensive line more then Cayless and Moors put together, they were running sideways and made little impact if any and the whole game changed as soon as Galloway and Gibbs went off. At least Payetn runs straight.

I think our starting 13 is set in stone. Andrew Fafita is the guy who can offer us some impact and go forward. Once Payten is back Id consider giving Cayless some time in State Cup to get more minutes under his belt. I'd love to see the following bench in the coming weeks:
