NRL360 - Lara is spruiking that she has the inside word on player dissent over Madges’s communication style. Thinks he isn’t giving players respect or a reason when they’re dropped. Even dug up his Souths dramas as evidence he rubs players the wrong way. Any ideas who she’s matesy with? She really seems to have it in for him. ?

Well I saw the show last night and thought most things said were pretty much positive.
Obviously Lara got some goss from a disgruntled player or two but both Hooper and Kent were pretty spot on and for once I agree with most things that were said.
Hooper is becoming WT agent on the show so that’s a change. I think he might be close to the the club right now not like that bum Crawley who has been banned and rightly so!

Problem is we’re paying those disgruntled players up near a million bucks a year, it’s cancerous, if you’re on this forum surely that’s gotta rile you.

Well she is part of Fox sports and realistically not a great commentator within the game that's why usually sideline reporter.
She may have an insider obviously there are leaks but i am sure the club will find out, either prior or when released.

I can't understand how Benji found out that he was not going to be offered a contract in the papers, surely he was asking prior if he was going to be offered one and silence usually means NO.

Media always a frenzy with the Tigers is our culture that Madge bangs on about, players play for themselves not the club its all ego driven.

As long as the club backs the coach extends his contract in the off season that's what matters most, rock on 2022.
