3 Crucial drop balls last night, as well as giving away a critical penalty on the 4th last night that had Brisbane level at 6-6.

He’s no t the only one Nofa is just as bad

A week is a long time in Rugby League I guess..

Then you have the Beast coming off the bench who is far , far better than Lawrence in every aspect of the game

If Cleary don't drop him Cleary is no better than the last coach when it comes to accountability ..
Nofa needs another month in reggies as well .

11\. Lawrence - 67 metres in attack, 7 runs, 22 tackles

Was that enough to make up for the penalties and numerous handling errors?

Here's hoping Sue, McQueen and Fellise can force there way but at who's expense if it's not Lawrence.

It more than made up for the poor passes he received, and the 50/50 penalty against him.

Look for someone else to blame for the loss.

Russell. ..Rowdy only received one poor pass yesterday the 1st one..at his shoulder and way too hard …

The other 2 errors came after he caught it and in the tackle ..i am one of his biggest supporters but lets not try and shift responsibility...

The thing is all players even the elite of the elite make errors ...the great thing is as a team the Wests Tigers are defending these errors like never before. ..it is quite a positive actually. ..

That maybe so - I am sure he is allowed as many errors as others in the team or is that not on.

He wasn't the only player to drop a ball (or 2), or give away a penalty. He defended really well and put a couple on a few donkey's. He also took quite a few dirty hit ups - didn't make a 100 metres no but they really counted.

Every week it is the same few players who are singled out - Rowdy, Kev and now MWZ etc. It wouldn't matter if they had 50 tackles each and made 150 metres each there would be people on hear with agendas saying they should be dropped, sent to England and so on. If we had lost the three games they would have been lynched.

I better be careful, I suppose Geo, you will be saying I am in love with Rowdy as well. That would be bad news creating a ménage à trois eh!

Can’t see Sue ,McQueen ,or Felise making much difference Sue’s had plent of chances over a long time and is mostly ineffective at best, McQueens best football is behind him.

Yeah but how many clubs have had goal kicking mentors like jason Taylor , Brett Hodgson and Ivan Cleary to learn from only to continually suck at slotting goals !

100%:agree, it cost us 2 points on friday, and with our attack we need to kick at a higher percentage or it will cost us again. Benji surely kicks better than Marsters

Chris had a few bad moments last night but he was one of the few players who actually made any metres as well. It wasn't his best game but far from as bad as some on here have suggested.

Until Brooks learns how to soften his passes our edge runners will always have trouble holding passes from him. Its been Brooks' problem for years.

Having a go at him for the penalty is very harsh. It was a borderline decision where similar things had been let go all night.

Chris was every in defence but I guess we will ignore the things that don't suit our agenda.

Oops apologies. I agree. Would not have been a issue (well yes internally for improvement) if the NRL and Greenberg didn’t rob us. The boys did great! So glad I went, sounds like a boring game if one watched to TV based on comments on the forum.

Can I please also see the threads to cover the dropped balls from Thompson, Nofo and Aloiai, the missed tackles from Rochow, the bad passes from Brooks and Benji.

How is that the same? Lawrence had 3 drops from 7 runs. How is that the same as Thompson who dropped 1 ball.

In relation to the penalty in the 77th or so, the boys needed to be extra careful their. It was a criminal time to give it away.

Well one was a pass to his ear… Dunno about the other.
If we start dropping players for basic errors there will be different teams running out each week.

Tiger through and through, tries his guts out. And no one will begrudge what a great servant he has been. .
But by geez such a liability on the field.
I really don’t think he gives Cleary a choice. He just has got to be dropped.

I think he has played well. Was a bit of an odd night handling wise for both teams and the pass from brooks was over cooked.

He isn't the stats man but he cirtanly made the highlights real with his hit in defence.

Well I'm not going to retract my recent statements am I !
He was garage against the Broncos…period
lawrence is obviously a fan favourite amoungst the older fan base !
We on here are a minute portion of the Wests Tigers fan base .. Open your eyes and see what the rest of the world are saying !
And before you waffle on ( as usual )
