Dunno how long he is out for but he is a MASSIVE loss. Will be very tough to turn our half breaks into points of he is gone.

Hopefully only a couple of weeks if scans confirm a low-grade tear. We know he'll rehab it as best he can given the work he did in overcoming his hip dislocation.

In smh:
Lawrence, a month back from a dislocated hip, suffered a hamstring tear late in the game and will be sidelined for several weeks. He had an ultrasound after the match which ruled out a severe tear but he will still need an MRI scan to assess the seriousness of the damage. '

'We'll see how the scans go,'' Lawrence said. ''Hopefully it's not too bad, only a few weeks. I just had an ultrasound then. It shows that it wasn't a major tear, top-end scale, but there's definitely something there. We've still got four or five weeks before the finals, so that's good for me.''

hear hear! lets hope another herculean recovery from the young champ.

i was disgusted to see the posts at the bottom of the fox sports article where two dragons supporters posted "lol" and "hahahahahahaha" respectively. scum.

We know Chris will do everything he can to get back on the field, he got back after a few weeks when Merritt hit him in the jaw last year. Fingers crossed he only takes a week or two to get back this time.

We've had no luck with injuries this year, the side has done very well to get where it currently is. Hopefully Chris won't be out for too long

3 Games ahead of 9th spot, don't risk him at all before the finals. Lote on the other hand needs to get back playing asap.

Only 2 games ahead of 9th, Luke. Doggies won last night.
Let's just hope Chris can hop in that ice chamber, or whatever it is, the tigers have and only be out for a week or two.
A big loss, our left edge was really hitting it's straps.
Loved watching Lawrence turning Gaz inside out and then speeding past him last night. Brilliant

Hopefully Lawrence gets at least 1 game with Tuquiri before the finals for them to get their combo's at least sort of working. We need Lawrence to give the finals a shake. Benji is so much better with Lawrence there.

prattenpark - unless the panthers beat the storm today there's an 80 point points differential between us and 9th which over 4 games means they pretty much have to get a game clear of us on the table rather than rely on for and against to get in front of us.

This is a huge loss. We just arnt the same team without Lawrence. God help us if Sheens puts Moltzen in the centres

In some respects I would have preferred to lose that game by 2 then have Lawrence miss any more weeks this year…

Hopefully he will be back in 2 or 3 weeks, we need both him & Lotti back, also would feel a bit better if Daniella was there to take his place as he is a very good defender. I guess we will have to go with Brown in his place.

Geez I dunno….the win was very sweet especially being there

Massive loss though, a real downer on a great night

The young guy is an utter professional know knows his body and its recovery. He will be back when ready and do everything possible to get there.

Surely Brown will get first crack in the centres

You'd think so Smeg, though I've got a feeling we'll see Moltzen in the centres and McKinnon at the back. Sheens has shown in the last two weeks his unwillingness to use Brown and Sheens is not usually one for a straight swap, preffering a backline reshuffle instead to fill one position.
