Yeah I understood that last sentence, just not where the two Balmain directors came from, and what it meant for the overall governance of Wests Tigers. I'm going to write something up and post it to clarify everything we have discussed so it is clear for everyone and can be used as a reference. I think I understand it now.

It's good to see that at ownership level we are now one club as well. A step forward to the club being one club rather than a merger/JV.

Leagues Clubs amalgamation nothing really to do with Wests Tigers as a football Club..

Inward perhaps not, but I think it's a big step externally in recognising that the club isn't really a JV anymore but a completely merged outfit.

Oh great. I'll try and let you know what what I find and if it needs updating.
I'm getting some info from ASIC but will need to wait until they are updated with the new structure.
While the some entries are not incorrect they are confusing, For instance
Danny Stapleton (Balmain Leagues Club Board Director)
James Myatt (Balmain Leagues Club Board Director)
These entries are what led me astray.

That's not why they are on the board of the Wests Tigers, It because they are appointed by the Balmain Tigers Rugby League Football Club so these entries should read.

I don't think Michael Liubinskas is correct either. I don't think he is there because he is Wests Ashfield Leagues Club Board Director but more because of Wests Magpies Pty Ltd appointing him. I am trying to confirm which is correct and how the other members are appointed. ie does Wests Ashfield have the majoity say because they are the majority owners of Wests Magpies Pty Ltd. Is there some agreement between Wests Ashfield and WSDRLFC. ie one from WSDRLFC and the rest from Wests Ashfield?

Obviously the share appropriation will change as well to 90% and 10%

Also is this current? This looks more like when the NRL stepped in.
