I wrote the wiki entry for this.

It's sourced from the current ASIC registry. I've bothered to research to ensure accuracy. Cross checked with information available publically on the Wests Magpies website, which confirmed in someway what this all means.

Mick Liubinskas, Tony A and Rick W are on the board at Wests Ashfield (Western Suburbs Leagues Club) and on the board of Wests Magpies and on the board at Wests Tigers.

But feel free to correct with any evidence anything you think is not correct. Happy to correct the entry

I'm getting some info from ASIC but will need to wait until they are updated with the new structure.
While the some entries are not incorrect they are confusing, For instance

These entries are what led me astray.

That's not why they are on the board of the Wests Tigers, It because they are appointed by the Balmain Tigers Rugby League Football Club so these entries should read.

I don't think Michael Liubinskas is correct either. I don't think he is there because he is Wests Ashfield Leagues Club Board Director but more because of Wests Magpies Pty Ltd appointing him. I am trying to confirm which is correct and how the other members are appointed. ie does Wests Ashfield have the majoity say because they are the majority owners of Wests Magpies Pty Ltd. Is there some agreement between Wests Ashfield and WSDRLFC. ie one from WSDRLFC and the rest from Wests Ashfield?

Obviously the share appropriation will change as well to 90% and 10%

Also is this current? This looks more like when the NRL stepped in.

The NRL has nothing to do with operations. So as majority shareholder, I expect Wests Ashfield will invite those independent directors.

We obviously already have Lee from Brydens. Will be interesting who the 2 newbies are who will be invited.
