Lee & JP finally lose the confidence of the Board??

You're a fan, not a customer.
We're not making Rice Bubbles and you're commenting on the taste.
As a fan I have zero idea how to run a successful football club, neither do you.
All either of us could contribute is the one time at band camp when Lee was mean.

When you want to cure a disease you ask for the input of scientists and Doctors. You don't ask the cleaning lady for her opinion

And having expertise running a law firm won’t help either

We have members all over the place saying they won't be renewing, there is a major disconnect between the club and the fanbase. There are operational issues that impact fans occurring on a frequent basis.

Those opinions and experiences should be sought when conducting a review, it's best practice to include all stakeholders in a process like this.

Now would they be given as much weight as employees and people who deal with the club in a professional manner? No they shouldn't but those opinions should still be investigated.

They have to ride or die on Fulton. Fulton needs min two seasons.

People are bagging Fulton already.
Only an idiot would judge either Benji or Fulton on what happens in 2024.
I’m hopeful without being overly confident that we will improve in 2024, but blind Freddy can see the plan in place is to consolidate and nurture our young talent, in which the ones already playing NRL should be experienced NRL players by 2025 and of the ones emerging we should start to see them filter through to playing NRL by 2025 with the hope we have one or two superstars amongst them.
So being realistic 2025 is the key season where we hope and need to see a massive improvement to either in the top 8 or knocking on the door of it with a much improved playing roster.
Would changing the board and CEO make any difference to what I’ve stated above ?
I highly doubt it.

I doubt that the leadership of the club will wait until 2025

Just don’t expect anyone to buy memberships or show up to games next year then

If you have that attitude and cannot understand it’s almost impossible to dig ourselves out of the hole we are in within one season, then don’t attend the games in 2024.
The better attitude would be to say I can see the club has a positive plan in place to improve the on field results, I understand it may not happen straight away in 2024, but I am a true fan I will stick solid and support them by attending as much as possible in 2024 with the hope it will be all worthwhile if/when we become successful in 2025.

My issue is we chop and change direction constantly and the frequent operational errors we make.

That is why I want a review to allow the club to fix the problems and better support the football department.
I cannot see a problem with that as long as it doesn’t upset the apple cart and take away from what I believe Benji and Fulton are both planning and that’s regardless of whether they see eye to eye or not.

I think they have to ride or die on the way Fulton was introduced to the club. If Fulton does ok and his recruiters are let off the hook because of it, then it sets a precedent into organisational culture.
Its fundamentally what’s been wrong isn’t it?

They are in this “hole“ because of the decisions made around coaches and players over these past few years…

We have no idea whether they will have success in 2025 or not… relying on young unproven players is a very risky strategy…particularly with a first year coach next year trying to develop them…

It’s not like 2024 will be a rare “down” year … they have been terrible for a long time now, and the worst team the last two years…how much patience can people be expected to have?

They need to be upgrading the team THIS offseason,,, not next… I hope Fulton can do something… but so far things dont look promising…

The Fulton "captain's choice" by LH & JP are stand-out examples of the admin decay of season 2023.
They're is more too, but you get the drift.

All that changes with winning.
Your input doesn't contribute to that.
Indeed, all you have achieved is to ensure that 2024 is a write off with the disruption you've caused.
So you have directly contributed to the problem you profess to be worried about.
Bravo.

I can’t tell if you’re dim or just delusional. Maybe both?
Your posts always make me giggle and a little bit dumber for reading them. Please keep it up. Thanks.

I can, we just sacked a coach after 12 months, after we undermined him 6 months in.

Benji and Fulton will be lucky to be here in 12 months time.
Well if anyone involved sacks either Benji or Fulton within the next 18 months regardless on where we finish in 2924 is a complete utter imbecile.
It’s a work in progress, talented young players do not become mature NRL experienced or NRL ready players over night.
In our favour is we are banking on youth, not filling our roster with journeyman or players past their best that have already reached or past their ceiling and cannot get any better.

Why? A review is standard practice, it is not necessarily disruptive. I think it is pretty clear why this is disruptive at the moment.

What would your plan be Einstein ?
I never read any solutions from imbeciles like you..
A typical know it all, know nothing.
You are probably in the review too.
