Let me put this to you...

I have gotta say I am pretty disappointed in Beau. It is clear now that he only left because his mate Heighno was not going to be offered a contract at the end of 2013\. So really he went back on his word so that he could go to another club, likely for more money, and play with his best mate.

So to sit there and talk about how devastated he was to tell Benji that he was leaving all appears to be BS to me. I don't mind that he is leaving and I don't mind him feeling sad about it, but he shouldn't make out that he left because he didn't feel special. He still had opportunity to sign the contract on the previously agreed terms before he went and signed with the Sharks.

Don't make out you are a devoted clubman if you are not.

We win two more games, make the 8 and anything can happen. Sheens is safe. Finish 2 points outside the 8, the call "sack the coach".

Raiders mid season, the call "sack the coach". Raiders make the 8 by 2 points and beat the Sharks at home, Furner is a hero.

Go figure. No wonder mental health issues are at the top of the priority list. Go Weststigers!

Fairly sure Beau said he signed a contract for Sharks when he appeared on TFS.

He also said on TFS in April he signed a new contract with WTs.

He meant he'd agreed to terms, but saying the slightest thing incorrectly can have far reaching ramifications.
He was innacurate….like a lot of people here, they think theyre right, but theyre wrong

Has beau or Chris signed anything official?

Very good question SG, I'm still waiting for a announcement from the sharks. It could end up a Motzgate.

I honestly hope it becomes official. They will be better off at the Sharks, hopefully for their own personal careers, but I don't see a place in this side for them.

Had we made the eights, and perhaps won 1-2 games, would we have seen Sheens's departure and the player clean out? Or has missing the 8 being a (much needed) blessing in disguise for the club? The latter, for mine…

Still ends up the same.
Sheens wanted to move beau and rhino on last year but that finished with Gibbs and fifita.
He got his opportunity this year and got rid of them . This is done regardless of making or missing the eight.
Sheens sacking is a result of player revolt.

yes george,

The players had a sook because a few had got pushed out…I cant remember ever seeing players go on like this when one of their mates leaves.

Im glad in a way... I can sit back and see whos going to be made a scape goat next year.

Hope we can get a decent coach before pre season starts.

Most interested in who we buy to replace the mass exodus

I didn't hear that actually. Happy to be proven wrong though.

Agreed isn't "signed". He said he actually put pen to paper for Sharks, something that never happened with us this year.
